We recently used this backup daycare for our 10 month old when our nanny was sick. It was our first daycare experience and we were very happy with it as a backup option. The center is located inside the MetLife building up an escalator (right above Naples 45) and you have to check in at the security desk and get a badge. The center is run only as a backup center so there are no regularly enrolled kids and the staff seemed to be well versed in handling paperwork efficiently and other last minute backup care issues. We had already registered online and we brought copies of additional paperwork. It took us less than 10 minutes to check in and the staff were extremely efficient and kind. They also were able to handle faxing our pediatrician for an updated vaccination form that same morning. We brought our baby in a carrier (as did the other parents I saw), so I didn't see any strollers or stroller parking (but they probably have that). They have a really inviting space that looks like a clean, bright, and giant indoor playground for kids. For infants, they have a separate windowed room that was also bright and clean with a ton of sensory toys neatly stacked. The infant room also has a small separate dark crib room for naps. When we arrived, the caregiver gave my baby a color coded name tag and our diapers, bottles, and food were all quickly labeled with the same color as well. We talked with the caregiver about our baby's routine and she wrote it down on a scheduling board. Our baby was so excited by the space and all of the toys that she did not even care when we said goodbye (much harder on the parents for sure). At the end of the day, we got a report of naps, bottles, food, and play and a couple photos from the art and music activities they had done. The only downside was that my baby's naps were really short, but that's to be expected in a new environment and just resulted in an earlier bedtime. Overall, the center was great and met all of our needs. We will definitely be using this backup care option again in the future.

I had a horrible experience at the center. First day at daycare for our daughter. Requested a single thing from the receptionist and the teacher: if my baby cries more than 10mins when I leave, call me and I'll pick her up, it's just a test to see how she reacts, I'm around, I don't need her to stay long. They call about an hour later. How long has she been crying? An hour! Seriously? I pick her up, she's super distressed. I'm feeling very angry and disappointed. Why would I trust people/a center/an organization with my child when they can't honor the single request I made and are totally fine treating children like that. Feeling very disrespected as a parent and not feeling their respect for the child. Not to mention their senseless and child-hurting COVID policies to separate parent and child.

We used this BH location for backup infant care (5mo). The staff were friendly and the center was very nice. We'll be using them in the future.

Wonderful facility. We used it for our 2.5 year old as backup care. Warm, friendly, inviting. Highly recommended!

Nice Area, but not the best option out of all of the center locations. They treat the employees in need of back-up care assistance as though we’re getting free care and they’re doing us a favor. Go to a different location and do yourself a favor!
