Must express my utter disappointment with the experience. Unfortunately, the process felt less accommodating and more challenging than anticipated. The staff was unsupportive, unfriendly, and curt. I was disappointed to find that the center does not guarantee admission and seems to deliberately complicate the paperwork. This approach not only creates unnecessary barriers but also feels unwelcoming to both children and their families. It is concerning that the process appears to prioritize complexity over a welcoming atmosphere. I hope the center will consider these points for employees families. I would not recommend this place as a childcare back up if you have options.
