We have been thrilled with our experience at CAI. Our son loves being dropped off because the teachers are so welcoming and loving. The staff truly treat each child as their own. Management is extremely flexible and allows us to switch up our schedule as needed. Unlike the other centers around, they do not charge for times that you do not use their services. The only reason I did not give give stars is that the facility is a bit cramped. But, that's a small price to pay for such loving care.

Me and my wife haven't taken or children there for almost 4 years. We have four kids that we would take their. I was supposed to start a job and I was 3 or 4 minutes late and they would not let my kids in so I ended up not getting the job because I had to call off my first day. Then they say that I broke the door handle wish I never even touched. Do not send your children there it shows in the code book that there isn't even supposed to be time that you have to be there by. They try to treat the adults like children. Then the owner start screaming at the top of her lungs today at my wife because she tried to take them there but they said that we were kicked out even though the guidelines in their book say you have to have a two week written notice first and then your kicked out. But they said that because of the way I acted it was an extreme situation so it was an immediate termination. They said I was sitting there screaming and yelling but yet I never stepped foot inside of the building I was outside the whole time. This is America I am allowed to have freedom of speech I don't know what country they're from but that's the way it is around here freedom of speech just please trust me don't take your kids there you will regret it they are very very shady people.

This place needs to be shut down. My son was there for 11 months, and we hated it from the beginning. They don’t communicate anything with parent and when they do it’s after the fact of something happened. My contract stated they were to pick my son up from school and transport him to the center they stopped April 23. I found out on April 25 because my sons school called me at 330 saying my child was still there waiting to be picked up. I had to scramble and have someone pick my son up because I was at work. Called the center to see what was going on they proceeded to tell me that they were short staffed and no one could get the kids. So I said ok no problem you will pick him up tomorrow right April 26 they said they aren’t sure to have a back up they don’t know when the employees are coming back. I said ok gave it a week can asked again they said no they weren’t doing pick ups because their vehicles were broken down. (Yet the 2 vehicles they used for pick ups were in the parking lot they the owners drive every day) so for the rest of the school year I had to scramble and try to find someone to pick my son up every day and take him to the center. They changed there rules on everything every other week. They would have an agreement with parents on payments or schedules and then go back and never follow through. My parents help with dropping my son off to them and picking them up for me and the owners would tell my parents things to tell me but would never discuss it with me when I was there or if I had just had a conversation with them that morning or night. The final straw for me was when I went to pay they told me that wasn’t enough that I owed more then hit me with a bill and expected me to write them a check for this money that I owed them that they messed up on. They are absolutely horrible don’t ever take your children there. Nor don’t ever work there.

This is the best place to put your kids the teachers are very good the owner is very caring they give the best food and tech very well is a wonderful place to be my 4kids have been there for 6yrs now know complain I thank God for children Academy

I didn’t like it at all my son was there for 2 days and I took him out everything appeared to be secretive the first day I picked my son up I was told to wait by the door I explained I wanted to talk to teacher about his first day but she was gone for the day 2nd day as I approached budget pest control was going in to exterminate I feel like that should have been done away from business hours
