I was truly blessed when I found childcare network! My 2yo loves it here and loves all his teachers and friends! Ms. Zenobia has been such a great addition to the program! My son has dietary restrictions and Ms. Z always goes above and beyond to make sure his needs are met!
My child attended this daycare for years. When the new director took over the daycare went down. In the time she has been there she would not talk to the parents and only talked to certain kids at drop off. There was never enough staff for the amount of kids that are/where in the building. She has said to the few parents that she will talk to that the building is like that because of the previous director and assistant director. I never worried about my child when they was there with the pervious. I have removed my child because of how she is running the building. Almost all the teachers my child loved is gone now. Childcare Network in Anniston is not a daycare I will recommend to any parent. It is now being ran very shady and I have not heard any better since pulling my child.
We love Child Care Network and all of their staff, my daughter has been going here since she was in the infant class and she is now in t the 3 year old/Pre K 3 class. Everyone knows the children by name, even the teachers that are not actually in their class, they keep you informed on everything that is going on and I always feel like my daughter is in good hands while she is there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for childcare.
Woman at the front desk who runs the establishment is flat out rude. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I went in for a “tour”.. all I got was a window peep of the pre k room. Woman who was in charge of my tour was nice, however, she had a hard time maintaining eye contact and proceeded to tell me the pre k class was full— when I could’ve been told that over the phone the day prior instead of coming in learning that and than offered a daycare spot which was not needed nor what I wanted. It kept being offered to me after I had made it clear I was looking for pre k. Nothing crazy, but annoying. I peeped a teacher yell/shout at a young child to “GO TO THE BATHROOM.”in a way that was unnecessary and could’ve been handled better. Not something you want to see especially when “touring” the place you thought you wanted to place your child. There are plenty of places to take your kids. Please look around before you decide.
My family and I absolutely LOVE Childcare network! The staff is extremely friendly and everyone knows who my son is whether they are his teacher or not. I never worry about if my son is safe or being taken care of because I know he is in good hands everyday when I drop him off. I highly recommend this daycare.
