Love, love, love this location! My son comes home happy and healthy everyday. With artwork, I am able to see all the activities he does doing the day which I absolutely love! And Any small concern i had Mrs.Marci handled It swiftly and immediately . She is absolutely AMAZING! So glad she took over as the director! This is the type of center you want your child at!! ❤️

Tell me why my daughter had the same diaper on ALL DAY. Ended up peeing through her pants. We use a different brand for daycare than we use at home. She was still in the brand we use at home when my wife picked her up today. BUT SOMEHOW THE TEACHER CLAIMS SHE CHANGED HER???? Explain why her diaper looked like this then. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I pay a little over 1400 a month, THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Half the time they can’t even keep track of payments correctly. I have had issues with that THREE times just this year.

AWESOME!! This place is absolutely outstanding! Miss Heather and her team are truly exceptional. I must admit, I have limited knowledge about other Childcare Networks, but this one (CN#305) surpasses all expectations. From the moment we step foot through the doors, my little guy and I are warmly welcomed by our names, creating an immediate sense of belonging. When it comes to childcare, safety and a genuine dedication to what's best for the kids are paramount concerns. I am thrilled to say that this daycare excels in both areas. The level of attentiveness and vigilance displayed by the staff provides parents like myself with the peace of mind we so desperately seek. It is evident that every decision made and every action taken is fueled by an unwavering commitment to the well-being and happiness of the children under their care. I cannot recommend this daycare enough. Five out of five stars doesn't do justice to the exceptional experience my family and I have had here.

I was driving and encountered one of their school buses. It was bus 14. The driver of said bus was driving very erratically and not using any turn signals. They were swerving in and out of traffic going well over the speed limit. Almost hit my car and several others!! Luckily there were no kids on the bus. If there had been I’d be worried about their safety. This needs to be addressed immediately. I would not want my child to be transported by this daycare after seeing what I saw today. And just because there weren’t any kids on the bus doesn’t give an excuse to drive reckless. If you are going to provide transportation for your daycare. There are certain standards that should be set and followed.

If it was up to me I would give this specific location ZERO stars , I wouldn’t recommend sending children here if your looking into child care both of my children attended this place and I have been dissatisfied within the last year in a half. Let’s start with HEATHER RILEY the DIRECTOR she is not a people’s person she tries to talk like she’s so KNOWLEDGEABLE and don’t know anything about childcare She hires theses lazy staff that don’t have the decency to clean a 1 year old nose, it stinks horribly bad they don’t sanitize (my kid is always sick)She claims my 1 year old is aggressive oh suddenly! after covering up her employees of my 1 year old son getting a BLACK eye never got the real story or seen the video that she was supposed to show me that matches the story that was “made up “to what really happens to him. She never tried to reassure me on it either instead she sends someone to talk for her .Glad I got my kids away from this place MY SON WOULD CRY LITERALLY WHILE DROPPING HIM OFF hope they learn structure soon and actually provide the kids/babies with the Quality of care they deserve.
