New management is fantastic and friendly, everyone is caring about the kids and put the kid's priorities first. My daughter loves her teacher and if she starts getting low on supplies or needs something they tell me when I pick her up. They are amazing and the best decision going with childcare network for my daughter to grow and learn.
Editing my previous review from several years ago. Leaving the prior review so to illustrate the difference. Updated review- 2023: left center Dec 30, 2022 after making multiple complaints to leadership concerning both safety and lack of learning issues for my 4 year old child, as well as not being able to drop my child off multiple days due to lack of staffing. Was charged tuition the week after we left (Jan 4, 2023) and have yet to see a refund a refund (Feb 1, 2023). Prior review from 5+ years ago: My child has attended this daycare for over 3 years, since he was 9 weeks old. The location is conveniently located in Hamburg. My favorite part starting out was that they have a breastfeeding room, which I utilized every day on my lunch break since the daycare is so close to my office. I love how the faculty feels like family and my son loves them to death. Shannon, the director, does an excellent job, as do the teachers. We seriously love this place! Everyone is so kind and welcoming:)
I absolutely love this daycare! The staff is always so welcoming and loving to my child. They truly treat you like family. Michelle the daycare director and Marybeth her assistant director are amazing!
My daughter has been going here since 6 wks old and absolutely loves it! New director Michelle is outstanding! Love how teachers know my child on first name basics and greets her. Our experience here has been wonderful since new management!!!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place (Childcare Network #258)!!!! I am so thankful we found CN almost 4 years ago when looking for childcare for my 12 week old son. My son has absolutely fallen in love with every teacher he has had and currently has. The early education and child development curriculum are helping prepare my son for kindergarten. We recently enrolled my 11 week old son and I have no doubt his journey at this facility will be just as fulfilling. The school is always very neat and clean. The Director, Shannon, is AMAZING! She runs a tight ship and you can clearly see the staff respect her and enjoy their jobs. She is very approachable and responsive to any concerns. I am truly comforted by the fact that my children are treated by the staff as if they were their own children.
