We were looking for a safe place that also educates well for our kids after having two bad experiences upon moving to macon. We toured chicane network - had not heard the best about the brand of daycare but (at the time) Mrs. Tuft was the best to help ease us in and allowing us to trust her leadership and our kids under same leadership. Our littles have thrived, grown, and become leaders while here! Their teachers are great, supportive, and creative with the curriculum! It's a calm environment, they aren't picking up unnecessary habits; we are most satisfied!!!!

Heads up to all the parents that care about their child’s safety and needs! I have tried working with this daycare because I like stability and my child had gotten familiar with them. But it has been problem after problem since Ms. Kesia and Ms. Sara left, this facility has gone downhill really bad! I have brought concerns regarding the children not being watched properly to management’s attention they are the least bit of concerned! They are just there for the paycheck. The “teachers” will handle your child roughly! Yanking them up out of their sleep! Poking them in their sleep! I have walked in on kids getting their hair pulled out of their scalp! Children sleeping on the bare floor! Kids eating off of the bare floor! They keep the kids outside all day! Rain sleet or snow! Your child will come home with wood chips everywhere and dirty clothes! They will never tell you why your child would come home with scratches or bruises but would act as if they would get to the bottom of it and never do! They will have your kid in whatever room is convenient for them at the time! Your child will come home every day hungry and dehydrated. Look else where, every place has their problems but this is place ridiculous and needs a whole new staff, from management down to employees. Employee retention rate is ridiculous, some of the 5 star reviews are from employees beware.

This is my children’s first time attending daycare .. I had 2 places closer to home I could’ve picked but I decided to go with this facility.. it’s clean & organized .. the staff is amazing & verrrrry caring! I feel comfortable with my babies being in their care. Shout out to Ms. Latoya & Ms. Sheneque!! thank you for making the place great :)

Best Daycare my children have attended the staff truly care. Some of the qualities I love are the structure, organization, safety, and management that understands. They have a very warm and welcoming environment and treat you like family.

The safety concerns at this facility are alarming. Children are not properly supervised, and some are taken outside in very cold weather, which is unacceptable. I constantly hear babies crying, many of whom seem far too young to be under such distress. The staff behaves unprofessionally employees are loud, argue with one another, and create a chaotic environment. This is not a safe or nurturing place for children, and I truly feel for the babies who attend this facility.
