We only stayed as long as we did until we could find another place with an opening. In the almost 2 months we were there, our 4 month old had at least 10 different teachers rotate through her room, providing break coverage and substituting while they tried to hire a new second main teacher. This lack of consistency meant besides their main teacher Ashlee, most teachers didn't spend enough time with the babies to know all their subtle cues and body languages. These teachers also had varying levels of access to the app used for record-keeping, so there were multiple times that no one could answer questions like if she pooped or the last time she ate. There were at least two separate times that my daughter went hungry because somehow no one knew to feed her. Communication was terrible between staff and from admin to parents. Multiple times we'd walk into the room and find a new face, without any warning, and were expected to hand our baby to a complete stranger who hadn't even bothered to introduce herself. Or there would be no one in the room and no one at the front desk. When we asked around, no one knew who was covering. We didn't learn until a month and a half in that we were meant to put our daughter in a completely different room until the teacher could arrive and open our baby room. When I expressed my concerns to administration, I was brushed off, treated dismissively, and was told I was the problem. They are receiving 2 stars because the teachers themselves were lovely. We believed that they really cared for our daughter and were doing their best to treat her well. Everyone we spoke to loves children, including admins. The teachers did not however, have the tools they needed in order to be set up for success.

I truly appreciate this center that welcome myself and son with open arms. When I first got North Carolina and looked for childcare as a new mom I was extremely nervous. Ms. Yvonne and her team made sure I was at ease, by sending me notification, and giving me updates throughout the day. They made sure my son was safe and definitely kept him well interacted. I loved everyday he came home with a smile. I loved they knew him by name and not just another child that came in and out the center. Although we have moved to city they still keep in touch and love hearing the new milestone he has achieved. We surely miss this team. I thank you from the bottom of my heart

I highly recommend Childcare Network, Ms. Yvonne and her team. Her love, support and dedication for her students, and parents is top tier and appreciated. You really feel like you’re walking into a real home full of love and joy and as a grandparent this is much needed. During the tour, Ms. Yvonne was very knowledgeable on all of my questions and you can tell the passion she has for her families. She praises her team a lot and how amazing they are. I want to praise her for the leadership she has over this school. I truly hope the leaders of this company truly understand the jewel they have as a leader.

My 4 year old son has just started with childcare network and is receiving all the help to prepare him for kindergarten. He enjoys the new friends but more importantly he seems to enjoy his teacher's and the staff. It has been a very welcoming environment for him.

I can honestly say I appreciate the staff at Childcare Network #166 so much. Both of my sons have been going here for almost 2 years. Yvonne and the rest of the staff are patient. You can tell they really care about the development and wellbeing of the kids. My youngest son has medical emergencies occasionally and they are always knowledgeable, calming, and reassuring in the moment. The school is also in a great location-- quiet and conveniently close to my oldest son's school (which is great because they do after school pick up!!) I'm so thankful that my children go here and they will continue to until they can't anymore 😊
