I wouldn't take my brothers kids let alone my kids here. The management is awful and mistreated their workers constantly. They also do not follow by state regulations and will probably close down in the coming months. Don't bring your kids here for their own sake. Cheers!

This daycare has been God sent to us. Our daughter has been here since she was 1 year old. She just started Kindergarten and has been crying wanting to go back to the daycare. The teachers are amazing. The director is second to none. Our daughter now looks forward to coming back to the daycare on her days off from school. We miss it so much!

I am reading these reviews for the first time. I'm bored. But I was amazed. I absolutely love Child Zone!! The owner has been wonderful and very accommodating. I work weird hours and she has pretty much bent over backwards to make sure my son has a place there. And I have never had a problem with her calling back to answer questions. Ever!! And Elizabeth is wonderful and warm and welcoming. She has the best personality. I couldn't trust her more with my son. Like I said I was surprised by the negative reviews. I would recommend Child Zone to ANYONE looking for safe and loving care outside the home.

Child Zone is a great place to send your children. It is a home-like atmosphere, great place where your child(ren) will feel like they are at home. My step-daughter spent a lot of her first 5 years at this facility and was well prepared for Kindergarten. When it comes to finding a daycare to send your most precious part of your family to, I feel that you need to go to visit the facility and see how they employees/Director interact with the children. While you are there talk to the parents who have their children at this location for a while. Not to mention I don't think that this business would still be in business after 28 years . . .something to think about.

If I could give -10 stars, I would. My son is 2.5 years old, doesn’t speak yet, possibly on the spectrum (we haven’t had an eval yet) also in ot and speech therapy. He started his first day here on Tuesday June 4th. His first time ever not being at home with his family. They said he did ok, and it would take time for him to transition. He attended the rest of the week up until Friday (they are closed Saturday and Sundays). Come Monday, he had his allergies so he wasn’t feeling too well, a little fussy, understandably so. I drop him off anyway. I receive a call while I’m at work at 9:37and again at 9:38 am from Elizabeth. She states that he is “too all over the place and fussy” and that they can no longer accommodate him there and that he needed to be picked up. She also went on to say that he was sick and had a cough that sounded like “croup” and that was highly contagious. (Not sure if she is a dr also for her side job) lol. Which kind of tickled me because just that previous Friday another mother was dropping her child off and I heard her telling Miss Elizabeth that her daughter woke up with what appeared to be pink eye, but that she wasn’t 100% sure if that’s what it is, and Miss Elizabeth allowed child to attend daycare that day (pink eye is highly contagious) LOL! My son only attended Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and then 2 hrs on Monday before they “kicked him out”. They didn’t even give him ONE full week to transition and get acclimated. Moving forward… Elizabeth told me she would refund my registration fee of $125, and she confirmed that SHE sent out the check Monday night. A week passes and no check. So I call back to inquire about the missing check and the “owner” Debbie gets on the phone with so much hostility and unprofessionalism, stating that I needed to get my dates correct because it hasn’t even been one full week and that he was kicked out Tuesday June 11 and that she sent the check out Wednesday evening. She was very rude and unprofessional. I told her that maybe They needed to get their communication correct because he was indeed picked up and terminated on MONDAY June 10th and that Elizabeth said to me on the phone that she herself put the check in the mail on Monday night. I received my check yesterday finally June 20th 10 days later. This post isn’t about the extended wait for my check because I didn’t even ask for that registration fee back that was offered to me… the point is that they have no patience, they are rude and unprofessional, they lack communication and seem to lie. It definitely seemed like a wonderful place for children but don’t send your add adhd autistic or special needs children here. They won’t accept or accommodate them. They won’t even give them one full week to try and transition, adjust and adapt.
