What Parents Say
Child Priority Preschool is highly rated by most parents for its play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum and caring teachers. The facility fosters a strong community atmosphere with involved leadership and welcomes parental participation. One reviewer raised concerns about director behavior and classroom policies.
I first learned of Child Priority through a dear friend of mine, whose three children had all attended when they were younger. I toured last summer an immediately had a good feeling about the school and the community. It just felt like a truly magical place. Every parent and staff member I came across was kind and welcoming and Vanda was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had. Fast-forward to this March, and my daughter has almost completed her first year of preschool at Child Priority, and I have to say my gut instincts were spot on! She is not only loving her first school experience, but is thriving. She has made sweet friends, developed a special relationship with her teachers and has grown so much in such a short time. I am a huge proponent of play based preschools and am incredibly impressed with how enriching, imaginative and engaging my daughter's teachers have designed their curriculum. This is next level teaching and exactly the kind of developmentally appropriate learning that I wish all preschools embraced. We feel very lucky to have found Child Priority!
This school is such a special place! I first learned of it in 2009 when the children I nannied attended. I sent both of my own kids here once they were of age. The teachers are so kind, creative, nurturing and just make learning fun. The play based curriculum is wonderful and developmentally appropriate. As a parent, you are always welcome in the class and truly get to see what your child is like at school. This creates a special community feel and the teachers really get to know and care about the families. Our kids were both extremely prepared for kindergarten from an academic standpoint but even more importantly they were prepared socially and emotionally. The director is so involved and is a wealth of knowledge for any questions or concerns you may be having about your child- such as suggestions of schools for elementary, learning differences they may have, separation anxiety, etc. She was so helpful to us through the years and we appreciated her guidance immensely.
Child Priority is a wonderful school. Every moment is a teaching moment - not just play time. My kids love going to school and come home happy and full of stories to tell. They love their teachers and talk about them often at home. The teachers there are very patient and take the time to make sure every child is getting the most out of each day. I cannot say enough good things about this school. Vanda is the owner and she has always been responsive to any of my needs. Parental involvement plays a huge role in this school and it makes it a nice community. I have tried other schools and this is by far the best school in the area - if not the entire state!
Wonderful preschool program! Our kiddos had the best experience - the curriculum, the facility and the teachers are truly the best in Colorado! Extremely caring environment with play-based learning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a preschool program!
Horrible. The director is terrible and attempts to diagnose children with disorders which schools aren’t allowed to do. Low enthusiasm for learning from the teachers. They also have parents stay behind with their children for the whole day should they see any issue at all with the kids. Really strange policies.
