It warms my heart to see that my family's Church is still standing and going strong. The vision that my Uncle Monroe and his faithful followers had has come to fruition, to be a beacon to the community and the world. Although I have moved out of New York I still keep MBC in my heart and look forward to going home the next time I'm in NYC
Money oriented, not a place of worship which is totally disappointing! The choir was not even good . The audience was 80% foreign tourists , the rest were black locals which is not a good sign ! Avoid the place
The music here is phenomenal!! The preacher gave a powerful message that shook me to the core. The clergy and parishioners are welcoming and approachable. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for an authentic gospel church.
This church is a joke. Tourists : dont come here. You will pay, then pay, then be asked to pay more. Also, you can make donations. If you still have money, I'm sure you can find a way to pay again. Worst religious experience ever. The choir was not even good.
