Unacceptable Care and Neglect at Child Growth & Development Daycare I'm writing to warn other parents about the appalling experience I had at Child Growth & Development Daycare . My 3-year-old son was hit/hurt by a teacher on two consecutive days, and when I reported it to the director, I was essentially brushed off. Not only did the director downplay the incident, but he also implied that I was the problem for bringing it up. The director's response was shocking - he suggested I change daycare centers, making me feel like I was a burden for expecting my child to be safe. He even questioned my trust in my son's account of what happened, asking why I would listen to him. 😔 But it gets worse. Despite paying a monthly tuition, we're constantly asked to bring in school supplies. It's frustrating to feel like we're not getting the service we're paying for. And when I visit the center, the teachers often seem distracted, making me wait while they take "important" calls. Unprofessional. To make matters worse, the cameras supposedly in place for safety don't work. It's clear the priority is profit over children's well-being. I urge all parents to think twice before entrusting their child to this center. *DO NOT leave your child here if you want them to be safe and respected.*

I absolutely loved this daycare when my son went there when he was a baby. The staff was great family owned and operated at the owner was the best he loved my son so much. Every time I would pick him up the owner was actively working around the daycare to ensure the children’s safety. Definitely gotta take my son back one day to visit he was smaller but babies know good ppl when they’re around them .

Wonderful owner and amazing staff! It's family owned & operated, which gives the daycare the feeling of being at your extended home. Our son was always so happy when we would drop him off & when we would pick him up - so we knew he had blast. We will always recommend CGD to any parent(s) looking for a safe, nurturing, and fun daycare.

I absolutely love this place. Roman when I first called was so quick in getting back with me. Ti Ti (MS Lee) is always informative if you need anything extra. My son has been there about a year and a half and they helped greatly with his inital separation anxiety. Now he just runs in himself lol. The staff is very friendly and they do more than just watch them, they teach. They have fun educational activities and their outside play area is one of the biggest and nicest ive seen for any daycare. They always have fun things for the kids on holidays which gives it a school feel more than just babysitting.

Our youngest son has been at Child Growth and Development since he was a few months old. We have nothing but good things to say about everyone that works there. We know that when we drop our baby off, he is being taken care of and LOVED!
