Google complaint THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience and something I would not expect from a church ran daycare. Do not be fooled by a cheaper/affordable price than other daycares! The director Kayla has absolutely no empathy whatsoever! My child was bitten twice on the face by the eye and all she had to say was “sry” with a shrug. I received an incident report which did nothing because apparently none of the teachers saw this or knew what happened. The first day I got him back from daycare he was filthy like he just got out of a coal mine. At first it was laughable until I realized it was an ongoing problem that they do not clean the children. Recently my son got pink eye from there and then he got 3 different virus’s, one including flu and then on top of that got pneumonia. They also served my Child spoiled milk and I only found out bcuz I happened to be there one morning as they served breakfast. The teacher had nothing to say. So after a week of being in the hospital and on oxygen he finally got better and was able to go back. I called and all that I stressed is that if he is going to have to go outside ..to please put his coat on and zip it up and put his hat on. Not to mention they will send the kids outside when it is wet and cold and even if that means it’s 40 degrees outside and windy. They don’t care and they watch the children as if they do not have children themselves. They have a male worker with a temper who is comfortable yelling at the children and when I addressed that I was uncomfortable with my child being watched by him, they said I’m sure he had a reason to yell at the child. They have an extremely high turnover rate. My son hasn’t had the same teacher since day one and they can’t keep teachers for a reason. I had called just to find out that she nor any of the teachers put his hat on and when I told her why I was so concerned and upset because he just got out of the hospital.. she just said “ok.” Long story short he got sick and had to go back into the hospital. She is without a doubt the most cold and unempathetic woman I have ever met. She is the absolute opposite of anything godly or kind. She’s snarky, extremely petty & passive aggressive. She is very invasive as well, she tried to get me to give her my information about how much I make and give her my paystubs! Chassy let me know that there was no reason she should be asking me any of that. All information goes straight to chassy not to the daycare, a giant red flag that I didn’t react on sooner because I needed a daycare. They could be a good church, but they are a terrible daycare and that woman running it makes it 10x worse. I won’t EVER recommend this place, they do not care about the children. I will be moving my son immediately.

We were on the list to start over a year. (That should tell you something!) The director and the teachers have been amazing and accommodating. We constantly get pictures and daily updates. My children have grown quite attached to a few of the teachers and never cease to amaze me daily with the new things they learn! I cannot imagine him going anywhere else!

Our children love going to CDC, they provide such loving care and I know my children are in a safe environment.
