The enrollment for this school was fast and easy. Easier than I expected at least. The test for the initial placement was a pain. It don't sound like that many questions but it takes longer than expected lol. The whole campus looks well maintained. I like the artistic feel of the whole place. Statues, architecture, leaf imprints in some parts of the sidewalk. The course selection is great and had lots of options to befit many different people and personality types. I wish online classes were easier though. With some classes using a newer system and some using an older it can be co fusing going from one site for one class and a different for another.

The teachers themselves are absolutely wonderful. Everything else is such a pain that I'm debating switching to Pensacola. The staff with registration is extremely sassy and the student success center gets frustrated when you try to call for information. Further, the only campus that matters to them is the main campus. Smaller campuses are disgustingly outdated. Our A/C was either off or broken for the whole semester at the Fort Walton campus. The chairs were falling apart. They also have LED signs outside the main campus advertising "FREE MONEY" and "Grants Available" which sounds extremely scam-y, and they are. They make it near impossible to qualify for any financial aid. I work full time to pay for school and it's still not enough due to the fact that any changes are not accommodated. If you don't pay for all your classes at the same time they will drop you out of all your classes, even if you already paid for some. I was emailing registration about stuff and they told me they had taken care of something and notified the proper parties and then left me hanging which screwed over my semester and degree plan. Someone dropped the ball the blamed me for it even after attempting to vouch for myself, then proceeded to ignore me. TLDR: If you're a perfect person who never needs any help from staff, sure feel good about your decision to go here. Otherwise, prepare for pushback and no refunds or transfer of funds.

I see why this school has horrible reviews. I had Maria ( the advisor I was assigned) get me signed up for classes at the end of last year so I would be good to go for spring. I specifically made an appointment with her so I didn’t do anything incorrect. This women put me in a “non degree seeking program” KNOWING I am finishing up the last of the classes I needed and was SEEKING the nursing program. I just found out today by Jeannie that she also never got information uploaded she said she completed. As I sit at Jeannie’s desk today for almost an hour NOTHING was accomplished. I am beyond frustrated but extremely grateful I will not be wasting anymore time at this insane “college” this isn’t my first time attending college so I know this isn’t how things are to be handled. Get some people in this establishment that knows what the hell is going on and how to do there job

My daughter and I walked In today bc she was dropped from her classes and were just standing around waiting to be helped when a lady walked in and asked if we needed help. Luckily we were there at the right time and the right person walked in when we needed help. Mrs. Aimee watts was that person and she was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I dont Leave reviews often but I’m glad she was there to help us!

Communication at this school is horrible. Takes weeks to get an answer from someone. From Student Success, to the book store, to even the teachers. They say the preferred method of communication is by email, but they do not answer their emails.
