CCBC is a warm and fantastic school! The teachers are highly experienced (the average tenure is over 12 years!) and we love the low student to teacher ratio. The Head of School, staff and teachers are all wonderfully communicative. The parent community is active, engaged and a whole lot of fun! It makes my day to leave my daughter in the care of people who truly care!!
CCBC is such a special place! We sent our son for three years and currently send our daughter and have been so happy with the program. I am so impressed by the teachers who are all so loving and caring and many have been with CCBC for 20+ years, which is truly amazing because most preschools and daycares have high teacher turnover. I have loved the close knit community and have been so impressed with the curriculum. We have made lifelong friends, both parents and for my kids at CCBC, and I hope to stay in touch with the teachers long after my kids graduate because they are that wonderful. Added bonus: CCBC goes to 12:30 and feeds them (a lunch you pack) but I've loved that extra half hour and being able to just put my daughter down for a nap right after pick-up.
CCBC is truly the most wonderful school! My son was at CCBC for three years before graduating and my daughter is in her second year and is so happy when she gets out of the car for school each morning at drop off. Every teacher at CCBC is incredibly caring, thoughtful, accessible and genuine. I am constantly impressed by what these children are learning at such a young age and how prepared they are for their next steps once they graduate.
The CCBC Community is like family! We are so lucky to have landed at such a magical school. Our older son has been at CCBC for 3 years and our younger son will be going next year. The teachers, staff, and administration are wonderful and are deeply invested in making the school a fun, safe, and highly developmental learning environment.
We love how play-focused this school is, the warmth of the teachers, and the great pedagogical environment. A perfect place to send my boys. Since starting in the mid-pandemic, my family has really appreciated the supportive staff, care and attention toward our children, and variety of learning approaches and curricula. The average tenure of the teachers spans decades and that alone speaks volumes.
