Chesterbrook Academy

Our family has been at Chesterbrook Academy for over two years now, since our son was just five months old, and we have had a truly wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, which made the transition to daycare so much easier as first-time parents. Chesterbrook has played such a positive role in our son’s development and socialization. We’ve watched him grow in confidence, independence, and communication, and it’s clear how thoughtful and intentional the teachers are about supporting each child. He genuinely loves going to school, which says everything. The hours are also fantastic and make balancing work and family life so much easier. Having food included is another huge plus—it’s one less thing to worry about, and it’s such a convenience as a working parent. We are so grateful for the care, structure, and community Chesterbrook Academy has provided our family and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing, high-quality daycare

Chesterbrook is a fantastic place. The teachers are so warm and Miss Sarah the principal is someone I gladly trust to take care of my son. The facility is clean and safe, and the play space is a huge benefit—so much space and great ways for the kids to explore and get out some energy. We looked at several day cares and none compared for value especially since Chesterbrook has a kitchen. Over the years we know many families who sent their kids there, and they’ve shared nothing but positive reviews. We are so glad we chose them and can’t recommend it enough.

My daughter has been enrolled since she was 2. It was important to me that she be in a school that had a curriculum that focused on ways of teaching without rigorous curriculum. I Love Chesterbrook. She is learning Spanish knows her numbers letters , practicing handwriting, able to venture out and try new things like soccer shots and mini sports. The school has transitioned from the amazing principle Sarah to Ms Julia, who is phenomenal with communication and community building amongst the Chesterbrook community. We are now in Pre-k and she is at the age where she is eager to go to school and be in class. The way they teach and introduce things and make sure to go over through the same subject or book throughout the week really seems to keep my daughter engaged and excited. I love the location we are at because the building has security which is important to me. I truly cant thank the staff enough for caring for my baby for 2 years,

We have been generally very happy with sending our child to Chesterbrook since he was a baby. The teachers have all been great and we have appreciated that the school provides meals, snacks, has good hours, and offers enrichment activities like music, gymnastics, and sports classes. There have been some issues periodically due to turnover but we feel confident that our child is happy and safe there.

We love it here! As first-time parents, sending our daughter to daycare felt like such a daunting experience. But from the very beginning, we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful teachers who made the transition smooth for her and for us. She has amazing teachers since the day she started, but the continuity of care under Ms. Kadijah, with whom she feels so comfortable, has been such a relief to see. We also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Ms. Ashanti, Liz, Taylor, and Mr. T for their patience, care, and support. Overall, our Chesterbrook experience has been such a blessing. We love that the children have a huge playspace, plenty of outdoor time, balanced meals (breakfast and lunch), and so many enriching activities like music class. Knowing our daughter has been nurtured and supported here gives us such peace of mind. Thank you for having such a big and important impact on her growths. We are truly grateful. Looking forward to great year ahead.
