Cherokee Academy At Clayton

My child has been at a Cherokee Academy since she was 8 weeks old. As a new mom, who also works full time, starting childcare at 8 weeks was scary. But this place has been a god sent. Emily and Whitney are leads in the infant room and are AMAZING caretakers and humans. They keep me updated and love my child unconditionally! Now my kiddo is in the Toddler room and I can say once again, she is being loved and cared by so many wonderful people! Lauren, Tracy, and Macy have been fantastic. She is learning so many life skills and enjoying every moment. I love this place, and my second child (due in August 2026) will be going here as well. 100% recommend this childcare facility.

chroma was genuinely a blessing for me and my son. nadine,leslie,whitney,and emily are all amazing women who will treat your children with so much care. i was never ever worried about my infant at any point in the day is how trustworthy these women are. they will always make sure your baby goes home in a clean diaper,fed,and loved. and don’t even get me started on all the interactions they have with the infants throughout the day! the babies are involved in everything and even go outside for an hour a day if appropriate. i truly trust all these ladies with my sons life and it was a blessing i got to have my son there as long as i did.

My baby girl has always loved her teachers & staff here! She’s not the “easiest” baby either lol But Emily & Whitney were so amazing with her in the infant room when she started. And as she moved up to toddler room and now preschool 1 room, all the teachers have been great! Love how Emily & Lauren really treat my baby like their own little sister!!! She loves them both so much! The front staff always takes any concerns to heart & makes us feel like family!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare. From the moment we enrolled, the entire team has shown nothing but patience, understanding, and genuine love for my son. He has faced several challenges during his time here, and instead of giving up on him or making us feel alone, they have gone above and beyond every step of the way. Nadine, the director, and Leslie, the assistant director, deserve special recognition. Their leadership, kindness, and support have made all the difference. They have not only worked closely with my son, but they have also connected us with outside resources to help him thrive. Their compassion is real, their communication is excellent, and they always make us feel heard and supported. The teachers have been amazing, consistently showing patience and providing a warm, nurturing environment. It is clear that they truly care about the kids. On top of all that, the facility is extremely clean, organized, and well cared for—something that gives me so much peace of mind every day. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved, supported, and treated with respect, this is the place. We are so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family. ❤️

Cherokee Academy has been an absolute blessing for our family. The entire staff at Cherokee Academy is exceptional. Their passion for early childhood education shines through in everything they do!from the thoughtfully planned activities to the nurturing way they guide each child’s growth. My little one comes home excited, confident, and full of stories about what they’ve learned, and I can see the difference their approach makes. Cherokee Academy isn’t just a school, it feels like a community that truly invests in children. I couldn’t be more grateful for the warmth, professionalism, and dedication they show every single day.
