Do not send your child to this daycare; she has two locations and I wouldn’t send my child to neither of them. I saw the cafeteria lady yell in a child's face and drag the child across the classroom. My son stayed sick because the toys are not cleaned properly; they only thoroughly clean them when it's time for inspection. My child kept coming home sick with Norovirus, Rhinovirus, and RSV. I stayed in the hospital with him for two weeks, and that was three days after I enrolled him. They also pinch the kids. My baby was not progressing in this daycare. When I picked him up, he had dried snot and dried-up tears on his face, and his diaper was so soiled it was coming through his pants. I did not feel safe leaving my child here; each time I dropped him off, I had a bad gut feeling that they were treating him wrong, especially when I used to see marks on his back. When I asked about the marks on his back, they never had an answer for me. I ran into one of the old workers after I withdrew my child, and she told me she had to leave the daycare because she did not like how they were treating the kids. At the second center, when parents have too many questions, she would tell the parents that the center is full. They beat and pinch the kids. Please do not leave your child here or at the other center because the director, Mrs. Tondra, owns both centers.
Cheapest daycare around because it’s a terrible daycare. To start off they have ROACHES. The only place I saw them was the infant room, especially in the fridge. But I’m sure they have an infestation throughout the whole building. Twice my oldest child came home saying his teacher hit his back or pinched him. The Lead Director and many of the so called teachers are unprofessional and negligent. On multiple occasions I picked up my children and they had dried up snot on their noses and the only time they wanted to clean their nose is when they see a parent coming. I’d rather pay more money to ensure my children are in a safe environment than put them anywhere just because it’s cheap. I suggest avoiding this daycare at all costs.
Negligent and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!.....I had to take my son out after just two days. I popped in on him a few times to see how he was adjusting, the first time I did the so called teacher Ms.Tiffany had him strapped in a wooden booster seat during story/circle time because he wouldn't be still, I'm not sure what 14month old would his 1st day there. The next time I popped up was during nap time, I could hear my baby crying when I entered the building, I walk to the classroom and looked through the door, again my baby is the only child strapped in that same booster seat crying and the so called teacher is sitting at the window with a mirror doing her lashes basically ignoring my child. She was so into her makeup/lashes she didn't even know i had been there watching her! To make a long story short my son was neglected and mistreated here, he came home with a bad diaper rash and a knot on his head after just 2 days. I would definitely not recommend this place!!!!
UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL ! Especially the director Tondra. She got mad because I told her how unprofessional she was , as to why I pulled my baby out of that daycare. She tried to dismiss me telling me “bye have a good day” after our conversation wasn’t finished. Then I asked her for a written document from what was discussed (payments) and she was so upset and proceeded to tell me now she isn’t sending me anything.
My daughter loves this daycare. The staff there are very friendly and supportive.
