I am so thankful for this pediatrician’s office. I truly appreciate how supportive they are of parents’ choices regarding vaccines, how much time they take with you, and how willing they are to answer any questions you have. My past experiences with other pediatricians were very negative—I often felt rushed and pressured to follow the CDC schedule without any room for discussion. That was especially hard as a mom who isn’t opposed to vaccines, but wants thoughtful, open dialogue in order to make the best decisions for her kids. Every single person in this office is incredible!

This place has went downhill. I am currently finding a new pediatrician for my kids. Today was the last straw! I NEVER no-show. (I own 2 businesses and refuse service to ppl who no-show.) But their new receptionist put in their schedule that I no-showed for an appointment on a Thursday (18th) when I actually had the appointment on Friday(19th) and I called and rescheduled it to Monday (22nd) cuz I had to take kitty to ER. But when I called on the 19th in the morning nobody told me I missed an appointment. In fact they confirmed I was rescheduling the appointment that was scheduled for later that day. Plus they can't seem to get ALL my sons meds filled. Some of them get sent thru but not all of them. Or half of 1 med (missing the other half= not having the full dose) but all the rest of the meds. How does this happen EVERY MONTH???? Not to mention they don't bother telling me that my kids exempt forms are out of date. That they need a well check to get up to date ones. They dont have the correct fax numbers but when I tried telling them the number they just say they have it. On and on I'm done Trust me, go somewhere else

Recently moved to the area, took my son in for his first visit there, amazing place!!! Great staff, great dr, even the one in training that was there. And talk about beautiful, the murals on the whole office are so pretty!! My son loved it so much he keeps telling his brother and sister about it! Would definitely recommend!

This clinic has went greatly downhill since Dr Nelson left. The staff is not kind like they used to be, they are short and rude, seem like you're just a number in their day, and the level of care compared to years ago is very unfortunate. Maybe they're overworked and stressed, who knows. It used to be like stepping into a story book, with the cool walls and the kind faces, but the vibe inside the office is just very different than it used to be, almost uncomfortable. They also have cats in the office as pets. While this may seem cute, there are so many kids and people that have terrible allergies; just seems like an odd decision so beware of that if you have bad allergies. These issues are why I stopped taking my kids about 5 years ago, other than a few random visits, even though they began going there as newborns, and myself and my siblings went there for 9 years. Their billing decisions are also questionable. If you have a split parent household, make sure you 100% understand the insurance from the other parent and that you call their office because they won't call you. They will tell you that there's no co-pay, leading you to believe the insurance took care of it as you never heard anything or received a bill; yet there is a bill being sent to a wrong address for over 4 months before they contact you by phone. Within one month of actual notification, threaten to send you to collections while you're trying to get insurance figured out saying "they tried everything they could." Everything being 2 brief phone calls and 1 statement, 4 1/2 months later, that you had no idea even existed. If they were getting return to sender, why wait over 4 months to make a phone call? That is their poor choice. Can't blame a parent for being frustrated. I had good experiences in the past; Lisa helped my kids many times; Lori and Melissa were great nurses but sadly moved on. Chad will always be cool. Other than that, just very sad and disappointing to see what the office has become compared to what it used to be.

The main male provider screamed at my 7,4, and 3 year old while I was holding my newborn and threatened us if we weren’t to leave. We had requested to see a female provider even if there was to be a wait and he adamantly refused. Then denied us treatment all together. All because we brought up concerns about my daughter getting bit by another kid in their waiting room. Unexceptable behavior. Especially when said male dr is not their Dr but the female Dr is. Kids should not be forced to see a provider that has terrified the children at previous visits. He’s manipulative and disregarded the health and well being of his patients. Have never seen such behavior demonstrated by medical “professional”
