Everyone from the security guard to the nurses treated me like an actual person which is hard to find. I experienced nothing negative and only good things from anyone here. When I couldn't find help from anywhere else these wonderful people did. It's not a resort people it's a treatment center.
I've never had a rehab turn anyone down that asked for help. Well this place did! Me and my fiance asked for help because we wanted to go into a place for detox and because we was already on methadone they called us back right before we was about to come in and told us there isn't anything they could do for us because we was already on methadone! I've never heard of this!! I've never heard someone asking for help and being turned away because of the medication they're on!! That's in bad taste!! How could anyone be turned down that wants help, I've never heard of this!!
The nurse jaz gave me the wrong medicine she sucked her teeth and chuckled then later came outside to where I was waiting for someone to wake up and pick me up. IN THE WORST PART OF TOWN. 1am she tries to fight me takes off her scrub jacket as I remained seated this girls coworker then called police by this time im in tears it took a lot for me to even walk into rehab let alone be humiliated in front of everyone but to lose even more time with my child because of a jaz and her reckless behavior. I have ptsd and very bad anxiety for her to do that and not be able to admit “I made a mistake” is dangerous when we patients are in such vulnerable situations as is. Worst part they made security come because I was crying in so much pain and escort me to the lobby the dude was patting my back because I was floored she didn’t even try to help me I’m very thankful North Charleston police department came and took me home. I heard they get a lot of employee calls
