This review took me a long time to put it up I am fed up wit nasty place !!!now ova this place !!These apartments is a joke The garbage stay like this all the time as Breezeway never clean nor does the pool work!! The gate never work!! haven’t pressure washer none of these builds since I been here in 2 years but they only pressure wash rent office!!New Management have a Nasty attitude and don’t care about they residence !! !! Omg please don’t move here !!! This a Sad situation. Promise !(Nooo star))

I lived here for about 5 months and had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances but by far this was the best experience I’ve had with a rent office. I fell on hard times and they showed compassion and even tried to help me find rental assistance to help me keep my place after I lost my job shortly after moving in. They remained professional and stood on business in a respectful manner. My maintenance issues (the few I had) were always tended to fast. I would recommend living here - they are fair and friendly. I hated to leave.

First I want to say the actual property at Chapel Run Apts is very inviting and the community is a pleasant place to live. However, the person who presently holds the title of "community manager" is awful at her job. She does not know how to talk to people and can be very threatening and unprofessional. She actually talked over me on the phone and hung up on me when discussing my apartment move! Don't take my word for it, ask many of my fellow tenants. She is dismissive and confrontational for no particular reason. She once told a fellow neighbor after their car was broken into (another ongoing problem here) to "just deal with it" when they sought solutions to the problem. She personally has made my experience here an unpleasant one and I've been a tenant here for 8 years and have seen at least four managers of the property come and go. She is by far the worst. Car theft and breakins: Huge concern here. Management does the absolute minimum in combatting this problem.
