The caregivers have all been great. What I don't like is the website I have to navigate for scheduling and payment, especially recently when trying to resolve issues with being double charged or charged for weeks when school is closed. The user experience of the site needs improvement. It's confusing to navigate, setup a schedule or view the payments, It's difficult to find contact information and once I did find it and inquired about being double charged, I received an automated response directing me back to the website. Now it's winter break and I've been charged for two weeks while school is closed.
Champions is a great program and this location has an exceptional team!!! Anna is doing great work over there and is a huge asset to our school community. We were thrilled to have summer Champions here last year, so we could stay with them and the Champions program (please keep summer here in 2020 too). Anna and her team are the reason we enroll each year!
Couple months ago. I was charge for a week even though I changed the calendar schedule in advance for my daughter. Contacted champion, I was told that the amount of $48 will be back to my account but it never did. I always have bad experienced in Champion. I feel like Champion is after only in money not in service.
What an amazing before and after school program! My little one looks forward to going every day and even asks if they can stay later because they love it so much. Bryce and Anna are amazing teachers. Incredibly thankful for them!
I got a bill in the mail for services in December 2014 and services were not rendered. I emailed this company and called them to dispute the bill and they never contacted me back to resolve the issues. Two months later, I get a collections notice from this company. I submitted it into the BBB and the neglected to contact the BBB back. I've since contacted and will continue to contact everyone possible to resolve this.
