Challenger School

Our son has been going to Challenger Newark for his preschool and now enrolled in kindergarten. Our experience has been the very best. Several things to call out for the past year and half, but three particular things stood out for us: 1) They care about the kids. Their strengths, needs, challenges, everything seems curated. We felt the effort to do the right thing for our son was always on their mind 2) The school is professionally and very competently run. The communication, organization, tests, reports, feedback, everything works like clockwork there, we always knew what to expect. 3) Children seem to thrive there, not just in terms of they being happy, but we felt our son is being prepared for the future, which is unsurprising given Challenger ethos, but we definitely felt it at the Newark campus. Our sincere thanks to Ms. Monica, Ms. Namitha, Mrs. Siyan, Mrs. Parikh, Ms. Phaily and Ms. Michelle.

My child went 3 years of schooling and I cannot thank enough to Ms Michelle, Ms Phaily and entire teaching staff for their care and top level education . They worked relentlessly with us in making our kid get comfortable in the school during the initial years . Quality and cleanliness of the facility and curriculum are absolutely the best . The staff at the school is consistently helpful with any questions or concerns we have. Initially, we believed that Challenger was primarily an academic institution, and we enrolled our daughter in their summer program while searching for a school for the academic year. However, we were delighted to find that they have genuinely perfected the ability to make learning engaging and enjoyable! Our daughter is currently in the kindergarten program and thriving! The curriculum and teaching standards at the school are outstanding. We appreciate the school’s emphasis on communication, performance, and overall child development. We believe these skills are crucial during these formative years. This approach provides our daughter with a solid foundation that will undoubtedly contribute to her long-term success. Our daughter eagerly looks forward to school each day and enjoys interacting with her teachers and friends. We are particularly impressed with the dedication of Mrs. Maharaj and Mrs, Singh’s commitment to nurturing our child’s potential is commendable, and we are forever grateful for the effort they put in. We look forward to another successful school year and are truly grateful for the positive impact the school has had on our child’s life.

Specifically Challenger Newark campus is an outstanding school that truly upholds its core values in every aspect of education. The academic curriculum is rigorous but also well-structured, challenging students while fostering a genuine love for learning. The school excels at preparing students with advanced skills beyond their age level, ensuring they are well-equipped for future success. This campus cultivates a strong sense of community. The supportive environment encourages independence, critical thinking, and personal growth. Teachers and staff are dedicated to nurturing each student’s unique strengths while promoting responsibility and confidence. I chose this campus because of its size. I found the transition from home to school was great for both my children. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

The Challenger Newark campus is the #1 choice I suggest to parents seeking advice for preschool-kindergarten. To put things into perspective, our family has moved quite a bit due to our careers until finally settling back home in the Bay Area. This also meant having to move a total of 5 different schools, with Challenger hands down being the best school we have experienced. My eldest daughter recently graduated Kindergarten and younger daughter is starting Preschool 4s this year. In the 1.5 years of being here, all staff have always been incredibly sweet, caring and nurturing. The Director Ms. Michelle and secretary Ms. Phaily are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Mrs. Becker and Ms. Ferguson are the most amazing Kindergarten teachers and truly made my daughter have the best experience! My daughter was always excited to tell us about her day, realizing how much quality time is spent at school not just academically, but socially as well. Challenger may be known as an extremely academic school, but they have mastered the art of making learning fun! We believe Challenger values our children’s time, and puts in extreme efforts in aiding them to reach their fullest potential every single day. Challenger is the most ideal setting for all young children to learn and grow at the age they need it most. It is worth the investment, and we are thankful every day that we are able to provide our children with the best education and experience!
