I think management should allow prospective tenants to apply on-line, as many other housing authorities do and not require people to come in person to do so. The waiting list is long and I believe they should have a short, waiting list application, to get you on the waiting list and then have people fill out a longer application once their name comes to the top of the waiting list. This would be convenient and is how many other housing authorities operate. It's old fashion and inconvenient to require people to do this in person, when it can be done on-line easier and more conveniently.

I Have Been Calling For Weeks To Get Something Taken Care Of And Have Not Ba Able To Get Ahold Of Them ! This Is Very Frustrating & Very Unprofessional!
This is one of the worst , rudest housing authorities I’ve ever been too!! They are so difficult to work with and very rude, very unreasonable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.
Have nothing in place for emergencies...i.e. someone losing their house in a fire and everything else disability and homeless.
