I was told on November 17th that my son would be accepted due to him having an IEP and asked me to have him start the next Monday after Thanksgiving I told them he is not able to because it won't be finalized until Thursday or Friday in the first week of December. I spoke with Pat and Ryan to reconfirm he would qualify only on IEP several times due to my son not qualifying for income purposes. I contacted them on Friday once the IEP was finalized. I then reconfirmed again with Ryan and said yes he would qualify. I sent the paperwork in and they said I needed to send my income because the IEP spots were full and for records purposes it needs to be on there. I was assured again that it's not a problem and was asked to start him on Monday. They also sent an email to the school letting him know they would start him on Monday December 5th and theu could grab him for his speech therapy. I started him on Mondau after sending pay stubs on Friday. I then get a call last night after he started his first day to be told that due to my income he will not be allowed in this program. Why in the world would you allow a child to go into the school with other students if he has not been accepted into the program. You all rushed to get him in and then rip it from us. That is not fair to me it is not fair to him. He needs to school structure to help him with his therapy as he is only receiving 30 minutes one a week. He will not be able to retain it if he not able to continually be around. Other kids his age. Completely unacceptable.
