I called to ask if there were any openings for my toddler who receives SRA funds. I was interrupted and told they don't accept vouchers (which is fine) but to be talked over is rude and unprofessional. Then when I said, "Oh, y'all—" i was cut off with a "bye" and hung up on.

I love CCAV—both of my boys attended and LOVED it! The staff loves the kids, keeps everything so clean, and built their foundation in education and faith. I’m so very please and would recommend to anyone needing childcare. Also, I loved that they are locally owned, so they are invested in the community and have built a reputation. It isn’t someone filling a “job” for some corporate group. Meaning—their success is 100% based on providing the best care and experience for the parent and the kiddo. LOVE CCAV!!!

We love most of the staff here dearly. But how my son was treated by a certain "teacher" was unacceptable. My son struggles with going to the bathroom. He's 4, and would have accidents at school. I get it I get frustrated aswell about it. But the teacher would publicly admonish him in front of his peers. "Why can't you get this right , you stink, ,no one else has this problem why do you " Naturally the kids in his class followed the example laid out in front of them. To the point where kids would tell other kids playing with my son to stop because they would be stinky to if they kept playing with him. His treatment was so bad we had to seek professional psychiatric help for his anxiety and the bullying he received from the teacher . When my wife and I set up a appointment to meet with the owners about our concerns they canceled on us 5 min before it was scheduled to start. We were in the parking lot. We love most of the staff this was heart breaking for us. We decided the best thing for our child was to pull him out . Also we would get frequent requests for parents to pick up their kids early due to constant short staffing. This is also a factor to why these owners would not fire the teacher that bullied my child frequently. We spoke to other parents to in this class, they all seemed to have a story about this certain teacher. I'm deeply troubled that even with the knowledge of this situation and other situations from other parents the owners still allowed this teacher to continue .

CCAV is a truly wonderful place for budding minds and hearts. All of our children have gone here and I can't say enough good things about this place.
