Evening staff is rude they look at you like your an alien. Im new here I'm already going through enough that's why I'm here. Why treat people like they are trash. I'm nice when approaching there is absolutely no reason for the way I am treated but each time I'm either yelled at. Today I was trying to wash clothes had already signed up for a slot. She let me in the main door I walked back and the wash room was closed I came back up to the desk bent down said excuse me. She looked and me then back and the computer and continued typing. I waited a bit to see if maybe she needed to finish what she was doing. She continued to ignore me. I grabbed my clothes and left. I AM DISGUSTED! IF YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS FIND A NEW JOB THIS ISN'T THE JOB FOR YOU
Dropped off donations. Easy drive thru. No need to get out of your car. There's always someone there to assist.
If I could give negative stars I would. Kicked me n my partner out during covid because they hate gays. Made me throw away all my clothes n shoes donated to me. Each dorm was told only allowed backpack of belongings or they'll toss them themselves.donations are thrown in a dumpster. Women there yell stuff donated n rush like cockraoches to get it before they toss it. Food will make anyone sick. I got a job and they asked me to go on tv on the news to brag how I owe it all to them. I saw women sitting on a bunch in rain, snow, heat etc no admitting them. One Lady was 75 yrs old. This is the most horrible organization ever.dont donate the ones in need never see it. I had to be badly assaulted after begginbegging 2 weeks to get a bed. Im filing a class action lawsuit if anyone wants to join.
Wonderful staff if you ever have extra food and cooked or not donate to this place they will except donations and especially food they feed 300 plus people .
