Absolutely terrible experience. Spent over $150 on tickets for my family. One of my kids dropped a small card they hand you on the way in. It was dark at night and the guy working the line on the Spooky Walk was extremely rude accusing me of being a low life and not paying for tickets. I had them saved on my Apple wallet and tried to show him, asked for a manager. He held my family and the family I went with off to the side for 15 minutes while he let the entire line we waited on with children go. He told me children I didn’t pay. It was extremely embarrassing and took all the holiday spirit and fun out of our night. Finally a young girl came over with another card and let us go. It’s ridiculous you pay all that money to get in and they are so picky about using their attractions only once that they are that rude. Nothing new there, not even worth the money. Definitely will not be returning and making sure my friends and their families will not either
For the price, the experience was fair. My child had a great time, which is ultimately what mattered most. However, I found some aspects of the event to be underwhelming. The characters in the enchanted walk didn’t feel particularly engaging, and while the haunted woods had potential, it lacked that extra spark to make it memorable. That said, it was still a pleasant outing, and the affordable pricing made it a worthwhile visit for a simple day out with the family.
Such a great place! The live animal exhibits are fun and educational, and the animals are well cared for. The staff is friendly and really knowledgeable. A perfect spot for kids, families, and anyone who loves science and animals! 🐢🦎
The experience changed. It’s not the same show as it was before. It wasn’t scary, and all of the actors were young teenagers. I actually enjoyed the enchanted forest more than the scary spooky walk because they were friendly fairies that handed out candy. It used to be an event that even adults can enjoy, but they changed the show.
We attended the Halloween Spookyfest. It was ok. The kids had fun and everyone who worked there was extremely nice and friendly. I probably wouldn’t pay $27 a piece for this again. There just wasn’t that much to do and experience.
