Prime location. Crappy execution. Post visit I got a request to pay up the difference of something like $4. It must have cost them more to print/mail letter, but fine, it amused me but I sent them the check. But 2 months later they charge me again for $200 for something that insurance did not cover. So you guys couldn't even figure out it at once makes me believe you are professionally inept. I feel I have been misinformed since I was not told that the tests would not be covered under my insurance and I would have to pay out of my pocket for something optional that the Nurse felt like adding on. She did foul-proof her case by mentioning that it was not essential, and had I known it would be 200 I would refuse. A request online to get detailed bill was ignored - again either it's a crappy website or professional failure. Overall it was a nice variety of bait and switch, cheers to you guys!
This place is great. I sure that varies depending on the time and day you go but, we got taken care of in the ER! Thanks!
