I am sharing this so other parents can make an informed decision. My daughter attended this center for nearly two years. For a long time, I truly loved this daycare — especially when Kayla Wright was the director. During that period, I felt confident, supported, and trusted the care my child was receiving. Unfortunately, since her departure a few months ago, my experience at this center changed drastically. Most recently, I went through an extremely distressing situation in which law enforcement was contacted regarding a concern about my child without me being notified first, despite there being no visible marks or injuries. Police came to my home, personally observed my daughter, and the report was deemed unfounded. Learning that police were involved without any prior communication was deeply upsetting as a parent. As a single mother, this experience left me feeling judged and shaken. My children are my entire world. My daughter is always ecstatic to see me at the end of every single day. I answer every phone call from the center — whether it’s about a minor scratch from another peer or illness — and there has never been a time I did not immediately leave work to pick my child up when needed. For that reason, it was incredibly distressing to learn that such a serious escalation occurred without any communication with me, especially when there were no injuries present. If a center has any concern about marks or a child’s wellbeing, parents should be notified immediately. Communication and context matter. While I understand mandated reporting requirements, the lack of parent communication and the level of escalation in this situation caused significant emotional distress for my family. I also sought perspective from someone with extensive experience working in licensed childcare settings, and they agreed that the handling of this situation — particularly the lack of parent communication and immediate escalation — was not consistent with standard, by-the-book practices. In addition to this incident, I had ongoing concerns regarding administrative organization. In late December, I was contacted and told I had a very short window to provide lab work typically required at age two — despite my child having already turned three. I was informed that failure to provide this documentation on short notice could result in disenrollment. Being threatened with loss of care over an outdated requirement, without prior notice or clear explanation, raised serious concerns for me about recordkeeping, consistency, and protocol. The directors (Kristen and Jessica) initially present as very kind and caring, but over time I felt increasingly judged rather than supported as a parent. I truly felt like they had a hidden agenda, which was a very unsettling feeling as a parent. This shift, combined with the lack of transparency and communication, led to a complete loss of trust. I ultimately withdrew my daughter because I no longer felt comfortable continuing care at this center. Corporate leadership did waive the notice period and handled the disenrollment professionally, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience was alarming and not something I would wish on any family. Parents deserve transparency, communication, and thoughtful, professional decision-making when it comes to their children.

This used to be a school that I was proud to say i sent my children to. Now I cannot honestly make that statement. The management has changed more times than i can remember, and never for the better. They cannot keep staff. It seems like once they have good people working there they push them out. I am glad to say that I am pulling my children from this facility.

Sadly, only a few short months later I need to update my review. There were several instances where I observed poor communication between the staff and children, as well as the staff and the parents. Important updates about my child's day were often missing, and it was difficult to get clear answers when I had concerns. This lack of communication made it hard for me to trust the environment my child was in. I expected a nurturing and engaging atmosphere, but instead, it felt chaotic and unorganized. I hope they can improve, as I truly wanted to love this facility. I was hoping to be here for many years to come and make this our second home. I cannot recommend Celebree of Fallston based on our experiences with our oldest son. Celebree of Fallston welcomed my two boys with open arms! The staff is attentive and caring. We couldn't be happier with our choice. This is our first school the boys have attended and it was a hard adjustment for us all but the staff are professional and helped us settle in quickly! We appreciate everyone and all that they do.

Celebree School of Fallston has been amazing for our family. Our kids are happy, safe and have learned so much since being there. Our boys love going to school specifically because of their wonderful teachers. Miss Christie and Miss Jennifer in Infant B and Miss Lilly and Miss Lindsey in Toddler 2B take such great care of them and you can really tell that they have a passion for doing so. Highly recommend!

My family loves Celebree of Fallston! My daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old, and is developing great social skills in a safe and educational environment. The teachers are incredibly caring and the director/assistant director are amazing communicators. We love that our daughter has a safe place to learn, make friends, and be surrounded by overall great people.
