Celebree of Carney has been a great fit for our family. My son has developed positive interactions with the other children and the staff, and the environment feels welcoming and supportive. The activities are engaging and appropriate, and the location is very convenient with easy building access. Pricing is comparable to other childcare centers in the area. I highly recommend!
Celebree Carney is truly an exceptional school. The teachers are passionate. The office staff is open and welcoming. These incredible people put their all into the programs and curriculum offered. Choosing Celebree was difficult at first - not knowing what to expect for your first and only child. I only knew I wanted the very best learning environment. I was welcomed so warmly and my child has blossomed from a 3 month old infant to a spunky 3 year old. Every single classroom has been amazing and I never ever feel nervous when recommending this school and these incredible teachers. In addition the the fantastic instruction, they also offer great programs and bring in awesome activities such as Groove Kidz and Soccer Shots (both HIGHLY recommended), a traveling Teddy Bear Mobile, a Fall Festival with games and face painting, a pumpkin patch, pictures with Santa (if you want em)....so many incredible opportunities right at the school so you don't have to take more of your time to make sure your children are living their best and most fruitful lives. Go here. You won't regret it.
My child loves her teachers and feels comfortable in thr classroom. The instruction is creative and engages the children. As a first time parent with a toddler, I appreciate the daily reports via the Tadpoles app. The pics and report helps me feel at ease with her learning and safety. The family inclusive events they host also help with feeling connected to the school. I can tell most of the employees care about the work they do.
This is the 4th week my son has been attending Celebree at Carney. I want to give a HUGH shout to all the staff. The patients and kindness I see everyday since my son has been attending. Everyone greets me with a smile. He runs in every morning giving everyone a hug and a smile like family. It’s a clean environment. I am glad that I chose Celebree.
Let me just start this review by saying I transferred my son to Celebree because of the great things I’ve heard about the childcare within the company itself. However, since my sons FIRST DAY! I knew I would not be satisfied with him having long-term care there. In the last 4 weeks this specific facility has caused a tremendous amount of stress, discomfort and anxiety to both me and my child. The amount of carelessness, disinterest and unprofessionalism around children really bothers me. My sons first day, I noticed another child had his lunch box. I expressed to the sub on duty that I knew for a fact this was his lunch box and her response exactly was “No im pretty sure its not”, I had just purchased the lunchbox two days prior. Not only that, the container in the bag clearly belonged to a girl. This lunch box was clearly belonging to a little boy (mine) I also labeled all of his belongings. Secondly, they misplaced his first hat I sent him with within the same week. I let it go, mistakes happen I understand. But then they also “misplaced” another hat I purchased to replace the first one, I spoke with an employee about the matter who was very rude, standoffish and unprofessional. I expressed to her my concern and she informed me that they allow two year olds to be responsible for placing their own coats and hats back in their cubbies. Which I understand wanting them to learn, but at what point do you double check behind toddlers to ensure that things are properly placed? I said there’s no way two year olds can put up there belongings properly! her exact response “well some of them can”. This is extremely careless, especially when there’s an outbreak of hands, foot and mouth going around which is very contagious. Multiple sippy cups belonging to my child has also gone missing, which is worrisome to me because I fear that he or another child has been drinking behind one another due to the lack of adult supervision displayed. During my sons final week there, one day he came home with multiple poop stains on his underclothing. Which were not fresh, and he smelled like urine. The amount of disgust, anger and disappointment I have towards this school is indescribable. That was my last tolerable incident. For my mental health and sanity, I’ve decided my son will no longer be attending. I honestly wouldn’t even allow my dog to be watched at this location. Ms.Naosha and Ms.Tynae however, were great during his time there. The only two who displayed any amount of care and genuine interest in the children as far as I could see amongst the others. I recommend looking elsewhere unless you’d like to be worried about your children all day every day. Oh not to mention, how many times I’ve spoken with the directors about the multiple inconveniences I’ve had. None of my issues were resolved, escalated or addressed. I deeply regret giving my son an experience such as this. They don’t even deserve the one star.
