I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Celebree Eldersburg. I initially reached out through their website to inquire about infant availability. I was told they could not share availability information and that I needed to schedule a tour to find out. I explained that I was absolutely willing to schedule a tour, but I first wanted confirmation that there was at least some availability for my child’s age range before taking time off work and arranging our schedules. I was again told to go ahead and book the tour. I scheduled the tour, and the morning of the visit, we called to confirm whether there were current openings for my child’s age group. We were told over the phone that yes, there were openings. However, when we arrived for the tour, we were informed that there were actually no openings and that they were unsure when one would become available. This experience felt incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. Clear communication about something as basic as availability should not be this difficult, especially for families trying to make important childcare decisions. It was a very disappointing experience.
I was very impressed with this school. I saw them at the playground today with my niece. The camp teachers were so observant, they did attendance so many times. One of their teachers with the red hair saw some children from another daycare slapping and shoving each other and calmly intervened when their adults sat on their butts. The other lady offered a mom an ice pack when her daughter fell on her face. I will definitely be talking to my brother about sending my niece to their camp next summer.
My 3 children have been at Eldersburg celebree for over 2 years. They’ve grown so much! My two older kids were very prepared for kindergarten! Summer camp has been a huge success and has been filled with lots of fun trips!
I have two grandchildren, one currently attends Celebree Eldersburg and the other attended from infant through 4 year old. I am constantly impressed with Celebree dedication to quality programs for each age group. I have seen our grandson quickly develop new skills in his first year there. The children are eager to learn and happy. The staff are dedicated and work hard to prepare each child according to their needs to succeed. If you are looking for a good quality pre school program I highly recommend Celebree.
The directors and teachers have been great with helping to make the transition into the program as easy as possible (both for parents and kids). The directors send out weekly communications about upcoming events/changes that are helpful and informative. The school organizes fun, seasonal activities that families can participate in (Grandparents day, carnivals, holiday festivals). It's apparent the teachers genuinely care for the kids and enjoy being there. I've been impressed with the variety of activities and topics that are part of the curriculum and would most definitely recommend Celebree!
