Im giving stars because in the beginning they were very nice and understanding. I go through best beginning program for daycare for my 3 kids i am scheduled 25 hrs a week they have refused me day care whil im eligible for it they have lied to me an would try to scam me money. Reason on that they had a school program they offered me at no price i had taken the offer they then started charging me a snack fee for 2 of 3 of my kids witch is not apart of anything they an i had agreed on or an paper signed i had then been given attitude for questioning all of it. When i go to pick up my kids from them their is constant yelling at all the kids. They allow some kids to bring in their own juices an toys but other kids cant an their are papers stating no one is allowed to. They never updated me in a proper manner i had to be the one to question everything. Edit jan 22 2025 they said i never paid when i paid my daycare they also refused to give me receipts i got it taken care of but these are scandalous people!!
