They were so nice and patient, I thank them so much for their help, I was waiting for a month and a half for Medicaid to get approved and finally went to their Alamo office and they were able to help me with my case. It was a bit of a wait but I’m glad everything was able to get resolved. This is my first time applying for benefits and they helped me so much.
Omg. This place only has 2 people at the windows and 1:30 waiting time smh. There’s so many other people in the back office walking around
Do not come here if you want to wait 2 hrs , the ladies in the back knowing there is more then 20 people waiting for more then an hr to laugh it up in the front windows , walking in and out just to walk around and talk , the worst office to come to for a change id give it a 0
