CC's learning center is an amazing school/daycare center! I have a infant in the cocoon room, and he absolutely loves it there. I am a director myself so It took me a long time to find a place in which I would be comfortable leaving my son. The moment I walked into CC's I felt comfortable, and was so happy with the way everything was done, and handled there. The teachers in the cocoon room are the absolute sweetest, kindest women. They are so good with my son, and he has no problem when I leave him there. The center is clean, well taken care of, and so welcoming. The director is well versed in policies, and procedures, and licensing rules. She is also sweet, kind and so welcoming, and I know how hard she works ( I see her in and out of the classrooms daily) I also love the updates I get constantly through the brightwheel app throughout the day. I get to see whats going on with my son through pictures and updates. The teachers and staff communication is outstanding when anything happens or when parents need to know anything. Thank you CC's for taking such good care of my little guy! I would not leave him anywhere else.
We appreciate the immense care the teachers take of our love bug. They are extremely kind and thoughtful with our entire family. Our love bug always seems to have a blast at school with the engaging sensory activities and spending time with her friends. The teachers are consistently communicating updates and photos with us - building a strong layer of trust and a cute daycare photo album! Thank you to the incredible teachers!
CC’s is a great choice for your preschool aged kiddos. We’ve now put two kids through CCs and had such a wonderful experience both times. The teachers on staff all do a great job in making the school day fun and educational for all the littles. I’m continually surprised at the amazing things my children have learned. From an administrative perspective, CCs does a wonderful job at communicating what’s going on day by day at the school and keeping parents informed of any expected changes. There is a great deal of comfort in knowing my child is in good hands day after day.
There have been several inconsistencies with staff and management in regards to quality of care and communication. Overtime issues have been brought to attention but unfortunately the responses to issues have been defensive not supporting and the inconsistencies have not changed rather has built a lack of trust between the parent and the provider. I have concluded that this establishment is inconsistent in services provided and could use professional development to better support parent concerns.
