My review was removed despite being factual and truthful. Google Reviews are meant to protect consumers through transparency. As a parent and grandparent, I feel strongly that other families deserve to know how concerns are handled before enrolling their children. Zero apology to my daughter, trying to cover up truths is ridiculous. Kym please stop trying to cover up truths, YOU sent this text on CHRISTMAS DAY to a young mom, who "followed the rules". These are facts, you were proud to send it, stand on ten toes when it's made public. My daughter posted on Facebook seeking alternative daycare options in her area. The owner of her child’s daycare, Kym, monitored a client’s personal social media and retaliated by abruptly terminating my granddaughter’s already paid-for daycare services. This termination occurred on Christmas Day, after normal business hours, without any prior discussion, notice, or offer of a partial refund. The termination was communicated via a curt and unprofessional text message sent after 6:00 PM on Christmas. The timing and manner of this communication demonstrate a clear lack of professionalism, boundaries, and respect for families. No attempt was made to resolve concerns, provide transitional accommodations, or act in good faith. This conduct raises serious concerns about judgment, professionalism, and how matters may be handled when parents are not present. While deeply disappointing, this experience provided clarity regarding the values and practices of this provider. To keep up a 5 star Facebook review, anything negative is blocked, so it's not super accurate and rather deceptive.

This daycare is absolutely amazing, I'm a single dad of a 3-year-old that I have all the time she's never been away from me it's been really hard for me but the owner is absolutely amazing and this staff is amazing too thank you so much for all your help, and making this a smooth transition for me and my family.

I can not say enough amazing things about the staff here! Tina, Sarah, Kym, Marissa are absolutely incredible! They go above and beyond to show those kiddos love, and support! Always doing special Birthday Parties and celebrations for each one, lots of adorable crafts, and they feed them home cooked meals and snacks! The love they show these kids is amazing, they treat each one like family! If you’re looking for a great childcare facility this is it! Also the one in Rome is fantastic as well!

My 3 youngest children went to this daycare and they loved my babies like their own kids. Very clean facility and so many activities for the kids. A few of the teachers even have degrees for teaching and all the others have degrees in childcare. I wouldn’t trust any other daycare with kids! Reach for the Stars Daycare is the best by far!

My experience with Reach for the Stars Cave Spring Daycare has had its ups and downs. Overall my son was taken care of and did not seem unhappy there, but he is only a year old. There are a few AMAZING teachers and some that just don't seem to care. My issues with the daycare concern the processes and not so much the care. I feel like I should be able to ask my son's teacher how his day was, how many wet or poopy diapers he had, how he is sleeping during the day, or how well he ate and his teacher be able to answer those questions with something more intelligent than "I don't know." If the afternoon and morning teachers do not communicate then there should be a daily report of this information given to the parent. Most daycares provide this information readily and you do not have to text the director to get answers. There is a concern that on some days there was insufficient care, why would my baby be screaming and have no comfort. It was obvious he had been crying and hard for a while by the blotchiness of his skin, his hoarse voice, and his shaking body. Why are we met at the door in the afternoon with our child, it is almost like the staff does not want a parent to see what is going on in the classroom in the afternoon. In less than three months my child has had the flu, strep throat, and Hand-Foot-Mouth. During that time frame we witnessed dirty high chairs first thing in the morning and sharing of cups. At the beginning of the year the parent contract was rewritten and a Nine Hour Rule is being enforced, increase in weekly fees, and the right to refuse a doctors note I'm sure a nurse knows better than a doctor were included. We understand that the cost of living has increased and the teachers deserve quality pay, however how are you going to charge basically the same weekly rate as other facilities and not provide the same things, such as a code to enter the building so you are not left standing outside for five minutes or more waiting for someone to let you in and an app to conmunicate with the teachers as well providing videos, pictures and information. Please do your research and talk to other parents, not all parents are happy with their experience here but have no other choice but to stay|
