The Wheelhouse is everything we could have hoped for in a first school environment for our daughters. It's hard to know where to begin with our praise. First and foremost, every teacher at the Wheelhouse is kind, patient, welcoming, and supportive of every student. Their joy and dedication to fostering learning, curiosity, and social skills in young children is apparent everyday. The administration is helpful, informative, and incredibly supportive of the families that join their school and other programming. Our daughter can't wait to go to school everyday and has already made close friends at a young age. We love that she gets time outside everyday, and we've seen her continue to grow her confidence, imagination, and interest in a wide variety of topics at school. We can't recommend the Wheelhouse enough.
Our son has been attending the Wheelhouse since he was 18 months old. We love it and plan to keep him there as long as we can! The teachers are so warm, there’s a strong community of friendly and helpful parents, and our kid has really blossomed and grown since he started there. There’s also sliding scale tuition so they can best serve all families in the area. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a preschool or daycare!
Our daughter has been at Wheelhouse for a few years now (since she was 2, and now she's 4), and we feel so much warmth and care from the staff. Regardless of her age, we will always find a reason to be a part of this community - they have spring and summer break camps, from toddler to teenager. We love how much outdoor and nature time they get, and each child is seen individually. Thank you Wheelhouse for everything!
We moved to the area after the school year had already started and Wheelhouse expedited our application in order to get our daughter enrolled asap! This was a tremendous help and so great for our toddler to start making friends in a new place. We are thrilled with the knowledge she comes home with and are so confident that she is in good hands when she goes to school. The teachers are extremely creative, enthusiastic, and caring. We can’t recommend this facility and its educators enough.
We found Wheelhouse by Googling local preschools and feel like we totally lucked into the most incredible first school experience we could have asked for. The teachers at Wheelhouse are so special--they are extremely kind, thoughtful, patient, and talented. They nurture our kids' creativity and self-esteem, and encourage them to be themselves. Our kids have learned so much, and when we drop them off in the morning, we know they are safe and well cared for. And the icing on the cake is that we've found a wonderful community of friends here. We honestly couldn't be happier with our experience!
