for the past few years, I've been going here to get my taxes done for free through the Capital Region VITA program...always a great experience...everything's pretty well organized, well kept, polite and nice, from the staff, to the lobby to the rooms, nice and heated, as I usually am getting my taxes done in February...highly recommend getting your taxes done for free here!🙌

This place gives the runarounds Kathy Krom Theresa Lux Susan Pulver and Mrs Vogel are related to members in all 3 counties Greene Columbia and Albany and treat disabled people horrible. They hang up phones never return emails lie and undermine their way to the top. They degrade and deprive still waiting to receive feedback

I really haven't been there as of yet but they did send me an application I have to get another one sent to me at my new mailing address. But it is a way of Outlook of getting my life into motion again from the old motion I was in my old way of life has been a revelation to me and I want to thank everybody who's been helping me out.

Lived here since January 15, 1998. Have also worked there from 1999 til 2016. This place is not a good place to live. At one time it was. You could call it home but now it is a dangerous place. With drugs and so on. I recently was assaulted by someone because he was told his lady friend did not want to see anyone that night. So I was bashed in my head several times and recieved 22 stitches and a big permanent scar on my face to my ear. I spent several weeks in the Samaritan Hospital because the assault caused my Multiple Sclerosis to cause an exacerbation and then sent 116 miles away to Betsy Ross Nursing Home Rehab center in Rome, NY for 3 1/2 months. But since coming back to this place (St. Peters Residence) everything has turned into a great big joke with the people who are or were friends or associates. I personally would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. At one time I would call this place home but not now or ever again.

Receptionist basically refused to put me in touch with the department for legal services, claiming they do not have a lawyer. After I pointed out the Lawyers name listed on their website, she said "Oh, he's not in right now". She was basically lying to me.
