The staff is unending kind, and understanding. My daughter was always happy at school. Moving to another daycare will be heartbreaking. Our family is going to miss this amazing facility. Wish it was closer to our new home. Amazing staff and amazing environment! They helped shape my daughter into a kind, smart soul.

My son has been going since he was a little baby. He's now 2.5 years old. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this daycare, however, we are moving and I'm switching my son to a daycare closer to where we'll be living. Excited for our new adventure but sad to leave behind this amazing place that has helped me with my son for so long. The care and love the teachers and staff give to each and every student shows. We'll miss you all and I'll continue to tell everyone how great of a daycare you guys are. Very friendly, home cooked meals, small class sizes.

Between my first son and current baby I have researched and visited several childcare centers in Albuquerque, there are quite a few that are good, but the love and care that the staff at Caterpillar Clubhouse demonstrate shines through. I like the small class sizes and the homemade meals provided. They are good about working with families on everything from milk options to nap-time. My one year old is happy to go to school and is happy when I pick him up. I have noticed that the staff is kind and supportive of one another which says a lot! And it seems like all of the teachers really enjoy their job which is reflected in how well they treat the children. We are very happy so far.

Terrible place, I do not recommend this daycare at all. My experience was awful. My daughter came home with bruises, and when I requested to see the camera footage to understand what had happened, they kept delaying for five days without giving any clear answers. The following week, I decided to move my children to another daycare, but surprisingly, they no longer allowed me to view the recordings, seemingly to hide what had really happened. The reports they provided didn’t match reality; they embellished the situations to make it seem like nothing was wrong, even though my son came home with bruises several times a week. There is clear negligence in the care of the children and a high turnover of teachers, creating an unstable and chaotic environment. This daycare wasn’t like this when I first enrolled my children, but it has declined in an alarming way. Additionally, during the summer, they went about 45 days without AC, directly affecting the children’s well-being, and they didn’t offer any solution. It’s a shame because the facilities seemed promising, but the treatment and lack of transparency make this daycare a place where I would never take my children again.

My son has been coming to Caterpillar Clubhouse Daycare for a little over a month now. My son at first struggled to adapt to his new environment but with the great care he receives from his teachers he has really flourished. Teachers tried different strategies to get him to enjoy his new routine which really gave me a piece of mind that they went out of their way. I am pleased with the home cooked meals and the fact that they speak Spanish to my son which is something that is important to me. I can tell my son is well taken care of because he is a happy little guy. I am very grateful I found this place.
