Kris, kailyn and there team have cared for my son for a year since he was 6 weeks and every day he has come home happy and with some crafts that they did. All the teachers have such a big heart and really make every day count with the kids. I would recommend castle kids to any parent who wants there child to have an amazing fun, educational day.
The present owners to this facility are brand new. Though, the mother(Kris)-whom willingly admits her daughter-Kaylin, while is the actual owner of kiddie cove/castle kids is far to young and inexperienced to handle any type of concern or complaint will never hand any type of issue. I was told by Kris, the mother, i need to speak with her. When I asked who the owner was, she repeated, she is not the owner, her daughter, Kaylin is, she just can't handle complaints or concerns. This confusion isn't even the reason to my 2 start rating. My issues are: My son's safety was not a top priority. When had to call the mother-not the owner, of an issue no one seemed to be on the same page. When I picked my 3 year old up from his day, he had a huge bruise under his eye. When i asked what happened not one "teacher" knew. However 4, of the 3 year old's volunteered what did actually happen. While the 3 year olds were explaining one of the "teachers kept shushing him, telling the child that isn't true and to go play somewhere else. I then left begain to buckle my son into his car seat. I glanced up his shorts to notice he waa not wearing his underwear. Hello red flag! I ran back into Castle kids/kiddie cove, asking where his underwear is, again no one knew. The following morning, not the owner, the mother called me, stating that her staff have a medical person who was taking a temp(because this takes all day) there fore she was unable to to check out the bump that everyone wintnessed (after staing they have no idea what happened just 12 hour at most prior) my son rough housing with the child who was trying to tell me what happend. This child admitted to pushing my son (the day before I spoke with not the owner the mother, Kris) on the floor. However, the staff is instinanting(despite not know 12 hours before not the owner the mother Kris) that my son fell. I do not know everyones name, when asking Kris the names of who is caring for my child she contuined to refer to everyone as her staff, by then not allowing me to know who is caring for my child. The reason I rated two stars is only because of the fensing around the facility and one of the Teachers Olga who actually does care for my son. Other then that. I did not have a good experience.
This place is not a preschool it’s a glorified daycare. They have no curriculum set in stone, all my kid did all day when he was going here was play and the “teacher” was a joke. Rude everytime. They also put no effort into working with people that are co parenting. For the money even for a daycare it’s not worth it. I left a more detailed review last year but got blackmailed by the owner so I took it down until my kid was done. Blackmailing is just a temporary fix
Great place everytime my grandson comes home he is always in a great mood. They must take great care of all children as if they were there children. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
Love all of these kiddos with all of my heart!!!
