My son was only at this location for a month, but they actually reached out to me a few months after I'd requested info on the day we decided to remove my son from his previous school. They were so incredibly helpful and supportive in this transition period and helped us find the Spanish immersion Montessori that I'd wanted for my son since I found out I was pregnant. In the short time we were there, my son's attitude improved immensely, and everyone was incredibly kind and open. We got daily photos and constant, clear communication about progress. We are so grateful for this wonderful school. It's also significantly more affordable than I'd expected. If you're considering it, take a tour. It will be worth your time!
I don't recommend this Montessori. My daughter got bitten on her arm(such a big bite and so red) and got scratched in the forehead during nap time. The friend pulled my daughter's hair as well. I don't know why the teacher who is supposed to watch them during nap time didn't notice it. I was the one who noticed the incident when I picked up my daughter. I asked then if I can view the cctv but they refused to show me. Though, the parents of a child sent an apology card but still the trauma that my daughter experienced was something I cannot forget as a mom. It was like a trauma for me as well. I pulled out my daughter the following year. I did not even get the chance to get my deposit. Though, it happened few years ago. I just got the chance to express my review. I hope this place will do better when it comes to this kind of incident.
This daycare is trash and their receptionist Christie lies a lot . They gave kids junky food to eat for lunch , the water they gave children to drink is disgusting,they gave toddlers chocolate cookie and Christie pretends she didn’t know. Christie also refused to show the footage that the injury of my son got bite ,and she lied that my son didn’t cry after he got bite ,but after I saw the big bruised biting mark with blood on my son’s back,I know she is lying .After I shared my experience with other moms,I heard someone said Castle hills Montessori has bad reputation actually,they kept losing students because of all kinds of problems.I have all the pics of my son got bit left biting mark ,bruised on his balls due to teacher put his diaper in a wrong way ,unknown cause of blood spot on his eye ball after daycare ,but my review could not be posted if it with these pics .
Don’t recommend! The daycare keeps serving unhealthy junk food for lunch, and the drinking water tastes strongly of chemicals. Teachers also change very often, making it hard for the kids to adjust.
Our child has been going to Castle Hills Montessori since she was 3 month-old. She's now in the toddler class and enjoys going to daycare a lot! She's transitioned so well from one class to another thanks to the teachers. We're so thankful to everyone at CHM for caring and loving on our child so much ❤️
