Castle Hills Learning Center And Day Care #6

Fantastic daycare full of wonderful staff who genuinely care about the kids. They have always kept me informed about my babies, which I will always appreciate. My kiddos leave happy and one step closer to reaching milestones, everyday. I'm very blessed to have found Castle Hills Learning Center. Thank you so much for all that you do!

My daughter who is 4 has been going here since 2 when we moved to Texas and the staff is amazing they are very patient and loving they treat every child as if they was their own the teach them so many things and we now have a 11 month old in the daycare as well and the infant teachers are amazing as well. I’d recommend this daycare to anyone.

Worst daycare ever!!!! We had our daughter here for 2 months. In the time she was there I witnessed the teacher in the nursery being verbally abusive & neglectful. She would leave babies on the other side of the room and let them cry while she did her stupid paperwork where she just writes down a bunch of lies!!! She didn't carefully place our baby in her crib, she dropped her in there. My husband heard the thud as he was leaving the morning we withdrew her. Our daughter constantly had diaper rash & didn't seem like her usual happy self. One day she came home with rug burn on her knees. They told us she had been banging her knees on the crib & that she just did that sometimes. When I complained they said they would talk to the teacher. That wasn't enough for us. We withdrew her right away. The daycare teacher should've been FIRED for her behavior! I could handle her rude demeanor towards me but I feared for my baby's safety. Now that she's in a daycare that costs even less we haven't experienced any of these problems. I would prefer to leave a review with zero stars but this is my only option. My advice is to stay away from this daycare if you care about your child's safety.

DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!! This is one of the worst daycares in San Antonio. They do not teach the kids anything. They usually have the kids color and watch movies. When my son enrolled in kinder he was behind. They have people watching your children in no way are they teachers nor do they teach your children anything. My son complained about this woman called Ms. Lucy. That she grabbed him by his shoulders and sat him down on the ground. Keep in mind this woman was a good 300 to 400 plus pounds grabbing a 20 pound child at the time. I called the center immediately and requested a meeting. All the manger said was I have never had any complaints about her. And this hippo showed no remorse what do ever. My son would not lie about anything like that. This day care is expensive and they don't even care for the children. My son was bitten by a spider and they acted like it was not a big deal. My son was bitten by other children. I have also witnessed babies in high chairs crying for longer than 20 minutes and the so called teachers ignored them. Save your time and money. It is not worth it at all.

My daughter went here and I can tell you it is not worth the money. They do not teach the children anything. I had no choice but to put her in this place due to my work hours. I had her here for 7 months. When dropping her off I'd see the workers they should not be called teachers leave the room and leave the children unattended. This should not even be a place of business for children. These people see money and that is it. They do not care for the wellbeing of your children. Please do not send your children here. I wish I had done research on this place and now I see I'm not the only one who thinks low of this place.
