What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Cason Children's Center for its warm, welcoming environment and attentive staff who make children feel comfortable and cared for. The facility offers convenient extended hours (6:30am-6:00pm), provides helpful amenities like diapers in the infant room, and maintains consistent teacher assignments. Children reportedly enjoy attending and parents appreciate the responsive director and secure facilities.
I love Cason! They are so good with my daughter. She has learned so much, the teachers are engaging, provide feedback through the day on what the class is doing, and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I might have. My daughter has had the same team of teachers since she has been there which as parent is comforting knowing she is seeing the same people each day. As a mom who does not leave her kid with anybody I know that when I drop her off she is in amazing hands and I have zero concerns about if she is being cared for.
My daughter and son currently attend Cason learning center. It is by far the nicest facility and the staff make my kids feel like they are part of their family. They are always so happy and excited to get there everyday! I am so thankful for the staff they are by far the nicest and attentive I’ve ever seen.
So convenient! Staff is super friendly and welcoming. We take both our kids there (17 months, and 6 months) and they knew both their names by the first week. They will do everything they can to make our kiddos feel comfortable - including letting them carry around their favorite toy/stuffy all day if that brings them comfort. My husband and I work long hours, the center is open 6:30am - 6:00pm - it's a long day for our kiddos but its so reassuring to have a consistent place where we know they are safe and cared for. The infant room provides diapers, which is a huge help! Theresa, the director, is very responsive over email and very quick to figure out how to make things work for you. Would HIGHLY recommend.
Casons has been great for my two boys! Ms.Teresa has been helpful with any concerns I have presented. Ms. Shai and Ms. Tiffany always great us with a smile. Karissa,Alexis, Sinclair, Caeligh, and now Porchia and Fina are all teachers whom my boys love to see. They do a great job keeping the classrooms clean. My son is non-speaking. They allow him to have his speech device and attempt to communicate with him throughout the day. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because daycare is expensive in this area and having two in daycare is just a personal stressor. lol
My sons first year at Cason's was great! I thought this would be his last stop until kindergarten. But then it took a turn for the worse. The staff they started to hire did a horrible job at watching the kids. At every pick up there was 1 individual in particular who was on their phone all the time. No matter the time of day. She was never watching the children just always on the phone. You could pick your child up and stand in the there for a minute to see if she would notice and she would not. You would think there would be a cell phone policy in place. But I guess not. Then there was an issue with the cook. So parents were told within less than a days notice that we had to begin to pack lunch for our kids, and no tuition was not decreased during that time. Some places offer a vacation week. So if your on vacation tuition is not charged. That's not the case with Cason, the facility has ALOT of shut downs due to staffing, sickness with staff and building issues(i.e gas leaks and other major problems with the building) and tuition was still due and even increased. Shut downs that were more than 3 days. When I say happens often I mean happens like every other week. A lot of the staff sit and talk amongst each other instead of watching the children outside playing. My child came home several days scared to go back to school because he was being hit by other children and none of the staff saw what was going on because they never pay attention. The turnover rate has become so high. It’s a new face everyday you walk in. I know they had several issues in the past, I had a friend who had 2 of children enrolled but took them out due to issues but I gave them a try anyways and it seemed like they had really improved from the stories she told me. But it looks like they are back where they began. None of the staff, or owner care to make the necessary changes which explains why they have low ratings and a recent influx in disenrollment. But they truly do not care.
