Only giving 1 star because I have to, but this daycare is awful. My nephew was bitten TWICE by the same child in one day and they didn’t tell anyone until he was picked up at the end of the day. When discussed, they let it slip that the biter had attacked multiple kids THAT WEEK. According to Carousel policies, after the first biting the child is supposed to be removed from the daycare for 3 days before they can return. If they would have followed their own policies, my nephew would be fine. They’re 100% responsible for his injuries and calling them a “childcare center” is a false statement.
Worst daycare ever! They do not know how to deal with children period! My grandchild got kicked out do to his acting out even tho he is in counseling do to trauma. And was bullied by children in the facility. They even called the police on my sister-n-law because she wanted to see video because her child stated she was hit by a teacher!! Please be your child’s advocate and question everything!!
This daycare is awful. My son was bitten twice in the same day by the same kid and they didn’t tell me until my dad picked him up at the end of the day. As if this wasn’t bad enough, they told me this child bit children 5 TIMES THIS WEEK. Completely unacceptable.
Worst day care ever! Do not send your child there unless you want them to come home with tons of bite marks. They don’t watch the kids. They hire just about whoever! They do not care for there jobs. It’s disgusting. I have called cps on them when my son was bit because they refused to show me the videos when it happened. I was told I was not the only one who had complained about bite marks. Not sure how this place is still open.
