Carousel Kids - New Hope

Would not recommend if it was the last daycare to choose from. If i was rating a comedy club though it would be a 10/10 cause these workers here are a joke 🥱🥱 There are far better places for the same price or just slightly more, I promise. No cameras is a red flag! The communication here is absolutely absent. From teacher to teacher or from teacher to the owner, none of them know how to communicate. There have been several concerns of not reporting accidents or incidents when they occur. I have 6 times where an incident report was not sent home with me. Other parents reporting harassment from one child on another child but nothing is done by the daycare. They act as though everything is smooth sailing. They run their teachers off left and right. Watched 9 different teachers leave. One teacher was fired for hitting children but was i told about it as a parent? No. This place will be closed within a year as the State is already investigating this establishment. P.S. Good luck if you do enroll your child. The circus is about to begin.

I love this day care. We put our oldest in at 3 and our youngest as an infant. The staff here is amazing you can tell that they really care about your children. The price is very fair. I would recommend anyone in the area with little ones to check them out. We had our oldest in a different day care and moved her. And her overall attitude is night and day. She was so moody and angry everyday after daycare now she is bright and sun shine after.

I took my 4 yr. Old son here to see how it would be. Worst place ever!! I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. After 2 hrs. Of being there, the lady told me that my son would definitely need to be on medication!! I was thinking in my head screw you lady.. You ain't no doctor to be judging my son.. Teachers shouldn't be teachers if they can't be patient w/your child & expect them to be like a zombie robot👎👎

The lack of organization at this establishment is unreal. Any time a question was asked about behavior or incidents that may have happened during the day I was told by whatever "teacher" was in the classroom at pick up that they were not in there earlier in the day and didn't know how he got the big scratch on his face, or the massive bruise on his arm, or why his shoes and socks were left on him even though they were soaked in urine. My child was pulled out a little over a week ago and I can already see a difference in his whole demeaner and attitude. Not sure if their "curriculum" was followed like they say it is either because there was only maybe 4 color pages sent home with him throughout the almost 4 months he went there. I have seen the teachers yell at the kids and each other on more than one occasion. Not a good environment for anyone

We absolutely love Carousel Kids. All of the teachers take great care of my daughter. You could see a change in our daughter when we first started coming here ... she went from crying every time we picked up from the old daycare to always being happy and excited.
