In 2022, while picking up my stepdaughter, an incident occurred in the daycare parking lot involving her mother. At the time, emotions were high due to personal circumstances, and I was pregnant. Since then, her mother and I have resolved our differences, communicate well, and have had no further issues. I am also no longer in a relationship with the children’s father. Fast forward to now: I am a full-time nursing student attending school year-round with long hours, and I have been actively searching for a summer camp for my oldest son. Because my stepdaughter previously attended Care-A-Lot of South Greece, I felt confident choosing this location. I scheduled a tour and began the enrollment process. During the tour, once I mentioned that my son’s sister previously attended the program, the staff’s demeanor noticeably changed. Shortly after, the enrollment coordinator stopped returning my calls and emails. The following morning, I received an email stating that my family could not be enrolled due to an incident that occurred in 2023—despite the matter being unrelated to my child, resolved years ago, and involving adults, not children. I’m sharing this for awareness. While the North Greece location has had serious safety concerns reported, the South Greece location is denying enrollment based on past personal history rather than current circumstances or the child’s needs. Parents deserve transparency, fairness, and clear communication when it comes to childcare decisions.

All of my kids have gone to Care A Lot. The staff has either been there forever and become family or quickly jump in and become family. They are truly amazing. My preemie daughter was expected to be delayed and at 2 years old, she can count to 20, sing multiple songs, tell me her colors, sing the alphabet, and have full conversations. I truly believe in this daycare and trust them to step in and parent for me in my absence while I work to take care of my family. Thank you for all you have done for us!!!

We have been with Care-A-Lot for 10 years now. 2 of my kids went through the full program from infant to pre-school. Now my 3rd his working his way through. We tried elsewhere recently when our son was born due to convenience of being closer to home but quickly found ourselves back at Care-A-Lot. The staff is truly amazing and like family! They treat every child as if they are their own. The environment is very clean, they have a great system, and I know my children are safe the minute they walk through the doors in the morning. I know sending your infant to daycare is very scary but Miss Leigh & Miss Regina are highly trained and the best when it comes to caring for infants! I don’t have anything bad to say about any of the staff. I would highly recommend Care-A-Lot of South Greece.

My grandchildren have been attending this Care A Lot location for over 5 years. The quality and professionalism of the teachers, management and support staff is amazing. The children look forward to seeing their teachers each day and have been fortunate enough to make so many friends within their classrooms. I’d like to thank Miss Tina, Miss Tara, Miss Amber , Jonathan and the rest of the Care A Lot community for making preschool and day care such a positive experience.

The staff is pleasant and is knowledgeable about the needs of each child in their care. The children get a variety of activities to do which helps them learn basic skills. This is a great center to leave your chid in as they will be engaged in great things.
