Words cannot even describe how frustrated I am with the staff here. I was put on a wait-list for infant care in August 2022 when I was 6 months pregnant. A month before my child was supposed to start, we called and asked if we were good to go or where we were on the list. We were told that the employee who put on us the list had quit and that we were not on the list. We have it in writing and yet all we were told was "sorry for the miscommunication, but we have no openings until November 2023." I question, were there openings before November 2023 when I signed up in August?? How did you have one employee in charge of a list and not get that information before she left?? The fact that a wait-list with many people on it seemed to disappear makes me question other ways they do business.
Wonderful ladies and gents that work here. It really has been an extended family for both of my kids that attended here. I would highly recommend them. I will miss seeing their smiling faces but hope to see them in passing so we can catch up with how they are doing and they can see how my kiddos have grown :D
