Capital Child Care

The Capital Team at Andrew Fleck is amazing! Our kids have experienced both the Toddler and Pre-School programs, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they received. The collective group of caregivers looked after our kids like their own, creating an environment that nourishes growth, development, social skills, and fun! The variety and quality of food they provide is simply outstanding, including healthy breakfast, lunch, and snack options daily. They also use an interactive app to communicate updates, photos, activities, etc. As parents, we feel informed about how our little ones are doing and it keeps us connected to the kids and staff during the day. It’s more than a day care, it’s a community. The Capital Team hosted a terrific potluck bbq this past summer where all families could meet, mingle, and get the opportunity to enjoy the best international cuisine! We can’t say enough good things about the Capital Team at Andrew Fleck.

Capitol Daycare at Andrew Fleck has been an outstanding experience for our family. The team is always professional, and their communication is clear and consistent. We always know what’s happening and feel included in our child’s day. The meals and snacks provided are healthy, varied, and genuinely enjoyed by our child. Our 2 children have had the joy of attending Capital for their toddler and preschool years (7 years in total!). All the teachers and staff are experienced, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. Our children learned SO MUCH while at Capital and loved their experience. They helped our kids through major milestones like toilet training and supported their cognitive and social development too. Our children felt safe and happy every day at the daycare and connected easily with the amazing teachers and staff. Our family would recommend Capital and their amazing team to everyone!

Our experience with the team at Capital Daycare has been everything we hoped for and more. The love and dedication that the staff show towards our children has put our minds at ease and we know that they are well cared for. We couldn’t be more grateful to have found Capital daycare. Since day one, the staff have welcomed our family with open arms. The staff work hard every day to create a safe, caring and nurturing environment for our little ones to grow and develop into becoming their best selves! Since starting here, we have observed our children improve their social skills (sharing, playing well with others, conflict resolution), self-help skills (hand-washing, feeding, getting dressed) and overall independence. The staff create programming and activities based on the children’s interests and provide many opportunities to develop their strengths and abilities. They keep us updated with daily updates using an app as well as share anecdotal stories and observations about the day at pick-up and drop-off. What truly sets this daycare apart from many others that I have heard about through other friends is the staff - they are the most warm, kind and loving people - they have cared for my children as if they were their own and we will be forever grateful for their care!
