We've adopted 3 dogs in 6 years and they're all so amazing!! This is Dusty. He's our newest addition!! The staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind!! The building is huge and almost feels like a zoo! They have ALL kinds of different animals not just dogs and cats but birds, reptiles and other small furry critters. Their website is great and pretty up to date. You can look at all the animals or sort by filters. I love this place so much!!!

Had a scary event occur on Friday evening and had to rush my cat to the ER. Was told by the vet I need to get her a pyro spay ASAP. I reached out to many vets the following day (Saturday) only to find out no vets in my area were available to do the surgery as urgently as needed. Went to the humane society to see if they could help or provide resources for us! We got there before they opened and ran into an employee walking from their car into the building and talked about our options. We were informed in order to get the surgery done that day we would need to surrender her to them. It sounded very scary at first, but the more we talked with the staff the more comfortable we felt about the situation. Kaylie helped us with the surrender process and it was extremely emotional. On the form you fill out all the information about your pet from the things they love to all their health concerns. There is also a section asking if you want your pet back. We of course said yes and made it clear we loved her. Kaylie was so kind and professional and really helped us during an extremely vulnerable moment. There were other workers helping, I didn’t get their names but everyone in the lost and found building were amazing! After her surgery was complete I spoke with Parker (who is on the vet side) who was just as amazing as Kaylie! They communicated well and informed us on how we could get her back home. They went over all the care she had done while there at the humane society and they told me how much it would cost and offered payment plans. I never knew this was an option to do and it was an extremely taxing and emotional experience but I’m really glad we had the staff that we did. They made everything 100x better. Thank you again for your kindness and for helping my sweet baby!

My wife and I adopted a 12-year cat. The entire experience with the entire process couldn’t have been any better. Customer service is superb! Our new cat, Susan (this was her name originally), is the queen of her domain. It was a perfect choice.

I've never left any reviews for anything but I feel the need to do so today to protect current adopters. If you want to get a dog, DO NOT go here. I've been to a different humane society and got better treatment. The staff was lovely and were very kind. I just wish they would show their animals the same respect as they deserve. When we were looking at our boy. Every day we went it took 2-3 hours just to even see him. During those days I found that our dogs kennel was NOT cleaned, I saw the same pieces of trash in his kennel. They don't give these dogs the time of day unless they are getting adopted and even then. Not to mention they gave us a sick dog without telling us. They said that he had a slight "upper respiratory infection" and only gave us 1 dose of meds for it. They also told us to incubate him for 2 weeks away from other dogs. Okay thats fine, we don't have any other dogs, I only have a cat but thats about it as far as animals go. They told us if we needed to see a vet after to go through them and it would be a 90 dollar deductible. Okay cool, tell me why when we tried to book a vet appt it was gonna be a month out?! What the actual hell. Thats not acceptable, he needed care NOW. We were able to get an appointment with Sploot same day and we got a good amount of medication for our dog. Turns out he has kennel cough and from research and a different vet that can lead to bronchopneumonia. Our pup is only a year and a half old. He was hacking, wouldn't hardly eat or drink, let alone potty. I was worried something bad has happened in the middle of the night. He seemed okay when we got him. After we took him to Sploot he had drastic changes in behavior for the better! He's getting better as the days go on thankfully. Also beware once you get a dog here, be prepared to wash your hands when you get your animals upon getting home. They gave us our pup and he had literal dog shit all over his cone on the inside. Its really no wonder how he got so sick. Management, be better negligence is not something to be proud of and be leaders for your staff There's even a review from an ex employee with a 1 star and im gonna trust it.
