UPDATE: Still love this location but it's was mostly the staff that took really good care of my son. Staff is no longer working there. This may or may not be of importance to you. I'm very happy with this child care. My son is very happy and satisfied as well. I pick him up and he's not starving he's clean and dry. There hasn't been any issues! I also like that they are tech savvy and I'm able to see my son throughout the day. I know when he goes to sleep and eat I really recommend this child care to parents that are in need.

My son has been at Family leaning center for 1 year. I visited multiple centers and did my homework before I made a decision. This is a great place for your child to learn, make friends and to put your worries at ease knowing that he is taken care of. The director Ms. Tonae is amazing and always so helpful to address my request, questions and concerns. She has implemented these daily logs that I am able to review online daily to see how my son's day was. Can't forget about Ms. Laura that always greets me with a smile when I drop off my son and hugs him making him feel comfortable while I leave. Ms. Danny for making delicious breakfast , snacks and dinners that has help increase my son's food options since he is a picky eater. I ask my son on the weekends if he wants to go with Me. Tonae and he says yes, this only confirms that its a great daycare.

I've been very grateful for my time at Family learning center so far and am excited to see what the future holds. My personal experience has been very caring leadership, exciting work environment, job growth possibilities, and a great work and life balance. I enjoyed learning from the amazing people that I work around and felt supported constantly by peers when I needed something The environment is comforting I looked forward to going to work each day. I would definitely would recommend family learning center

Under the care of FLC my daughter was bit not once but twice by another child, in one day. They not only didn’t call me, but tried to down play the entire situation upon pick up. We had to take her to urgent care to treat the wounds, the bite on he arm was so deep required bandaging for a week and is still healing. The bite on her back has left a scar. She is still traumatized and complaining of pain. Not only am I furious that this happened at all, yet twice. I am also appalled that they didnt at the very least give me a call and attempt to treat the wound. The one on her arm was so violent and deep a chunk was missing and is STILL struggling to heal with help of antibiotics. They still haven’t reached out to apologize . I got a call at closing while I was at work a good 4 days later , and tried to return the call however no one has gotten back to me. I am posting this in hopes that no other children or families have to face this hardship , and also in hopes that the family of the child who bit my daughter will seek help. There is no excuse for the lack of attention that was given. I am deeply hurt and shocked as I placed my trust in them and was sadly let down in the worst of ways. The very worst part was that we believed this place was a good place , and that she was safe and would thrive here. One can only hope this was a fluke but I never want another parent to have to experience this .

Great place! They not only take care of your children, but also teach them the fundamentals they will need when they start school. My son still talks about his experience there, 4 years later!
